Greetings and felicitations! Hahahaha. I always loved that. I also like how Trelaine corrects Kirk, after Kirk calls him General Trelaine, "retired". 👍
Jerry, you know Revell is the old American company, still in business but there is also a Revell of Germany, who seems to put out a lot more product than their American parent company Revell USA.
Thank you for the information. I actually thought all of Revell kits came from a parent company in Germany. But what you said makes sense that there could be an American factory as well. Do you know which one was created first? Maybe I desire so many kits from Germany is that they seem to have different kits than we have. Or maybe to phrase it better, the kits we have in common just seem to be better detailed or come with more in Germany than what we get here.
@@TrekFanNCC-1701 Well Revell is one of the oldest modeling companies anywhere. Revell, Monogram, Aurora were the American biggies in the 1950s and 1960s. Then Revell Germany was started in the 70s as a subsidiary of the American firm. Over the years RG has grown and now is probably bigger than RUSA. Revell and Monogram merged in the 90s, now calling itself just Revell. But nearly all it's products are the old classic molds from the 60s, 70s and 80s. Take care Jerry. From your brother from another mother in Michigan! Ray
I haven't built this kit as of yet. I purchased the Revell 1:400 Technik Titanic to build instead. But for the price, this is a very respectable kit and will have good results. At least that is my opinion. =-)
I've been trying to find the best 1/400 Titanic model kit and this one is one of few that im thinking of getting (i want to get 3 to make the hole Olympic class)
Yes, this is an awesome kit. Love your idea for Titanic's sisters. Other than the Trumpeter 1/200 kit, the 1/350 scale from minicraft is my favorite Titanic Model kit. Maybe you should check them out. Here is a video I made a while ago. ua-cam.com/video/b4mcxzJR_vU/v-deo.html I love this kit. Best of luck with your builds my friend.
@@TrekFanNCC-1701 Quick question, out of the three (1/200, 1/350, 1/400) which is the one I should get? Here in Canada the Trumpeter itself costs $700 without anything else which really puts me on edge
@@EagleTC I know the Trumpeter Kit can be really pricey. You know, for a fraction of the price, the ACADEMY 1/350 kits are really nice. They have the photo etch pieces and are way more affordable. But that's just my opinion. There are so many amazing TITANIC model kits out there. =-)

Ah yes, or Squire, yes, I rather fancy that. One of my favorite Star Trek Characters. That's probably why I am so fond of Q as well. =->
@@TrekFanNCC-1701 Yes Trelaine and Q are probably from the same "species". 😉
I know I am kind of off topic but do anyone know of a good website to stream newly released tv shows online?
This is a unique kit! Amazing stuff indeed, jerry.
I love the Titanic Extras.
Epic Tragedy. May the souls of those lost in the disaster rest in eternal peace
Amen!
