Not sure why Pizza places don't do Golden Brown.
Almost every pizza joint is now cooking their pies longer, thinner crusts, tightening the sauce and cheese (I'm not clear on what that even means) , etc.
Dave is making pizza better for everyone.
Too much sauce or high moisture cheese can make the crust soggy.
I don’t mind a thicker more cheesy pizza either I like every style of pizza to be fair you can’t really fuck up a pizza
Nah you can definitely eff up pizza. Do not take the craft of local pizza shops for granted.

When I was a pre-teen back in the 80s there was a pizza spot called the Orange Bowl inside the mall with some of the best cheese pizza I've ever had. It was greasy (in a good way) and one slice would fill you up. Today, I compare all cheese pizzas to the Orange Bowl.

Dave you have to come to central maine and try the slice bar in skowhegan. Local kid made good. Pizza is absolutely amazing aswell as his story. In high school he would tell everyone he is going to start a pizza shop and a taxi cab business. He accomplished it! Also for a bonus review try the boneless wings and pretzel bites.

As a NH native and native to the town the original romanos is from, and still is there, romanos in Litchfield is good pizza. I would give them a 7.7. But only the Litchfield location.
