Absolutely! Travel insurance pays for itself should you get sick before your departure or some act of God happens that’s unavoidable or in some cases inevitable. Why oh why do people travel with no money, extra cash, credit card and do so on a wing and a prayer. What do they expect to do when these unavoidable events occur??? The airlines don’t owe you anything for your lack of funds or unpreparedness especially when in a foreign country or thousand of miles from home. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best. I’ve listened to ALL of these airport shows and lack of funds and not being prepared for emergencies is just stupid and can be dangerous if you’re unfamiliar with your destination or layover destination. 75% of the events shown seem to be related to no money or lack of funds. For sure, make sure your credit card is approved for international travel! Yes, these “hang ten’ers” seem to always have no back up plan except to bum their way to any destination. Also, get your visa and passports in order and ALWAYS keep the reference number in your phone or on your person. It’s amazing how many travelers on these shows do not have proper visa or a return ticket or boarding pass. The staff at Changi and most airports are angels trying to do the impossible with these passengers. God bless the customer service people! I cannot believe how unprepared international travelers can be! I travel within the US and am legally blind so I’m prepared for EVERY emergency. @ 25:19 // I understand India has a system of Visa on Arrival too. Isn't it ? 🤔 Felt very Sad 😔 for that Gentleman of Indian origin.
Indians taking over 😂
actually easy way (but it is good for backpacker) if go to Bali, is fly to Surabaya (from Changi there many low cost flight to Surabaya) and take train from Surabaya to Banyuwangi (transit) and take ferry ride. Not very good facilities for people who want easy and pleasure ride.
dont go to Jakarta (what else you want to see there), Semarang if you want see some old building etc, and also form Semarang can go to Yogyakarta or Solo, looking some good temple lik borobudur prambanan etc
Wow that was a surreal moment when the British lady won the contest. That’s about 500K+ before taxes? What a trip!
Way more than 500k

Jakarta is nice metropolis. :)
All that matters is if the planes leave and arrive on time. THAT IS IT.
I was stuck to the screen watching this documentary. Wow!! The staff are sterling. The wonderful way the have assisted passengers. The tree, the raindrops, star wars, the shops........ It made me wish I was there. They deserve to be called the best. Wow!!!
