Momentum fighter for sure. This is like the 21G. I would definitely have considered one of these. The movable recliners are clutch. Comfortable enough and being able to move them around is very handy. I am actually surprised it hasn't made its way into more regular, non toy hauler RV's. I just got back from 10 days of shaking down my Momentum 25G here in Oklahoma for the first time. Don't regret my decision and doubt we will ever own anything other than a toy hauler - unless it drives itself. I love these toy haulers. I think it has the ability to last the longest because of its flexibility.
Josh I have no need for a toy hauler but I really like this camper the room is amazing don't care for the bedroom placement for tv but I could live with it. I like the fact if you don't want the bunk house you just fold it up!
We had a pair of those recliners in our trailer. They're comfortable, but they sit low. It's difficult to get our dad and mom bodies up and out of them.
I saw this one on Alliance's site a few weeks ago and was wondering about the RV. Thank you for the walk through Josh. If I wanted a toy hauler this one would be on my list.
Being a single person, i would likely take the bedroom out and replace with a sofa front murphy bed full size horizontal to make it a north south bed. It would be a living room/ dressing room with the slide in and i would use the drop bunk in the garage as my main bed. I would be mostly park based full timing and my toy is pretty small and i could store it under the drop bunk. If i ever had to have guests, the slide can come out and the Murphy bed can come down but this is honestly not really great for lots of entertaining. A cool little unit. With a good handyman who knows how a wd hookup could be put in the closet in the bedroom to accept a all in one unit.
Oh man, this floor plan but minus the generator, fuel station, toy hauler area, and better chairs would be an awesome RV for a couple where 1 or both people work remotely.
Those tie downs are there to tie down Uncle Josh when he’s visiting & gets into Dad’s medicine cabinet that’s added in the toy room😂😂. Negatives: small shower, chairs(looking at those 0 comfort) & bedroom. That one has owners waiting in the shadows waiting to pounce on it.
Ty for watching For clarity Carbon is a keystone product. A member of their raptor family The valor here is an alliance product. They’re unrelated separate companies
I've never shopped around for a toy hauler before because I don't have any big toys to haul. But that modular back section looks like it can be super useful for a home office! As someone who wants to live full time solo in an RV, are there any smaller/lighter models that has that kind of similar functionality in the back that you'd recommend to look at?
Haulers are actually gaining traction that way for sure If you like that kind of back design, but need smaller/lighter then perhaps something like... ► ua-cam.com/video/f-XhXSPDctg/v-deo.html or ► ua-cam.com/video/1a-n1_VDwBo/v-deo.html or even ► ua-cam.com/video/hr0KMIdRzQE/v-deo.html
Another great review sir. Even as a huge Alliance fanboy (especially Avenue) I love how you dont pull punches and call things as you see them. See you friday or saturday for your autograph on my Avenue build sheet right next to Ab and Bill.

Excellent video. These bedroom with slide opposite of bathroom layouts do seem to offer a useable floor plan in minimum length, but it does seem to kill outdoor storage.
Out of curiosity is the three seasons glass patio door like the Momentum 21g has an option on the Valor? I think that might interest a lot of customers.
That the 2nd one to go on my could be a purchase list. (Hope you are keeping track bc I already forgot #1 lol). I like the short length of that to get into some campgrounds but love the ability to through a 4wheel or 2 in the back and head for the Bush. The walk around queen bed is a must. If I up grad that mattress to a regular queen. Does it have to fold in the middle?
Yeah mattress folds to close the slide. Not sure if you'd be able to do something like lift the bed and put it on an angle against the wall to close it..
I didn't think you were tracking me lol. But I will keep this one as a possible. I know it's a short toy box by alliance so that should keep it simple. I did.let you know when I head south from one cold water to the next. Keep them videos coming
Cons: -Need the “4 season” rear doors for patio. -Do not like TV location at all….terrible. I would much rather have a traditional cupboard. Maybe the TV could swing down from ceiling?? -trying to decide if I like bed/seat lift control in rear -what’s up with the toilet on a platform? -What happened to e-track Alliance has in 5th wheel toy haulers? -40 gallon grey holding tank is too small Pros: -window shades. -2 AC’s -great use of space for generator/batteries/water heater/furnace. Nicely done -front closet -Little but if storage under bed -Bathroom sink/counter is better than competition -cargo capacity is great -propane quick connect -love the new detached ladders
Never heard it called 4 seasons door but I know what you mean. I wouldn’t trust a non-insulated door like that thru won’t camping myself for what it’s worth
@@JoshtheRVNerd oh, you’re right. A 3 season door :). We have one and it’s more like a big/wind shield with absolutely no insulation value. But is nice when you’re backed to a beautiful view, setup the table and work from the trailer.
Understanding that not everything you hear can be publicly shared, is there any public rumblings of Alliance getting into the TT market in either the Avenue or Paradigm lines or possibly a new line? Considering what Alliance has done in the fifth wheel space, I for one would be curious to see their takes on some of the travel trailer floor plans.
That bedroom/bath combination looks a bit wacky on camera but maybe it's pretty cool. I don't know why you don't see that happy jack bed system in regular bunkhouses. Instead of bunks that fold-up and block all the windows, the bottom bed folds up into great seating and the top bed slides up to the ceiling. out-of-the-way. Both up for max floorspace.
I dont need a toy hauler for toys, I need it for my mom in a wheel chair. I feel with a good WDH, timbrens and LT tires my 21 F150 Max tow would pull this or a 21g with out a toy. My biggest adversary would be payload but I wouldn't option the generator. However I would love to see Alliance or Grand Design build something similar to a Stryker ST2313 or Micro Boost 24LE. No slide but private bedroom and pass-through storage. Make it happen Uncle Josh!
We actually bought 2 of those euro rockers for our fifth wheel. We hated them. To us they were not comfortable. We bought a loveseat recliner to replace those. Just our experience.
Josh, love these recliners. Can you order these from this company..?. And if yes,how much are they ea.Other travel trailer manufacturers need to make these recliners an option for travel trailers that come with swivel rockers, non recliners. They would sell A ton of them.!!!
If you are going to use a shwintech slide.... this is the size of a slide box it's appropriate for... But the weight of the bed, that system still concerns me. Other than that, it seems pretty cool! Thanks for Sharing, Josh!
It looks okay, but it needs some tweaking…. The bathroom could be rotated 90 degrees and turned into either a walk through or a split bathroom which would free up space for the bedroom….
They could turn this into a nice couples trailer if you turn the back of the garage into a dinette with wrap around windows, a longer sofa along the camp side and pantry. I'd want a shower door instead of the curtain. Also don't care for the toilet. It would probably be ok for me but it looks too high for people of shorter stature like my wife.
Hi Josh! Thus us the first time I ever saw a Alliance Travel trailer. It’s very nice. I like Alliance. This us a nice one though. It’s a nice hotel on wheels. You put your toys in. Lol! I was wondering how Josh how are doing with your power there in Michigan. My brothers went out last night. He was getting his generators working today when I text him. My sister said power was out in Jackson. 16,000 so far without power. Just was wondering if your power was out. Thank you Josh! Have a great night and see you soon!
They have only recently started making these toy hauler. Travel trailers. More traditional travel trailers will likely start popping up later this year
The irony is manual stabilizers typically carry more weight than power stabilizers It's not until you get into auto leveling that the capacity of manual stabilizers is surpassed in most cases
Getting ready to purchase. Thanks for the info. The swivel recliners are just UGLY. They gotta go. We will be adding a desk there in front of the window for my husband who works remotely.
Very bare bones comfort and livability compared to a $75,000 conventional RV floorplan of this size, but if you can’t leave home without a golf cart, ATV or Harley it might work for some people😕
Don't buy this trailer if you plan on boondocking at all. Alliance fails to mention in any of their brochures or owners manual that the shower, bathroom sink, and the toilet ALL drain to the "black tank". Unless you plan not to shower, your trip will be cut short (or you will be left standing in a pool of sewer water).

That reference was from the album "Chicago 37." Loved the little morality play you performed demonstrating the use of the toilet.

Yes, sir.
I wonder if they have any other options for the chairs. I’m not fond of those swivel chairs. Also would love a table of some sort.
I don’t believe they do but I don’t know that for a fact
