the reason why your hair was so dry from the blonde was because your hair stylist shouldn’t have done that light. I’m pretty sure that it was supposed to take multiple sessions in order to transition to a blonde. Your hair looks so healthy back to black. I miss your black hair 😭😭

I’m actually in hair school currently and it’s crazy watching these kinds of videos cause I feel so bad and watching people damage it more ahhhhh
you most definitely are supposed to do different sessions ESPECIALLY if your hair is going black to blonde. (like 3 sessions) but way too many solon workers are gonna do a sloppy 1/2 but job to get $$$ that’s why i say GO TO SOMONE YOU TRUSTTT for YEARS. i went to the “cheaper” place and have always hated my hair. But recently i have gone to a woman i know very well in the hair/beauty industry and she helped my hair tremendously i LOVVVEEE MY blonde now. sooo thankful so if you want to change your hair make sure you can trust them!!

Trust me. You’re not being over dramatic. Hair is a huge deal to a lot of people (including me) so I feel you. I have thick and long brown wavy/curly hair and the last time I dyed it (blond) I hated it too. I’m so happy it’s gone and pretty much faded away. I’m never dyeing my hair like that again 😂. But it looks good & back to normal! ♥️

So sorry about your hair color experience.😭 to anyone else thinking about doing your hair DO YOUR RESEARCH. Tons of hair stylists have instagrams with their work shown. I personally would’ve been livid @ that first hair stylist you paid $300+. I would’ve talked to the salon manager or someone to fix what they did. Spending that amount of money is no joke. I feel you tho my hair is everything to me. I would’ve been depressed too! Glad you got your hair back!

Jess you said she should sue and that’s pretty serious so she responded as to why it’s probably not possible. As a licensed cosmetologist there’s a lot of reasons it could’ve happen and in court I think the hairstylist would win

My hair was *super* dead once... like it was really bad. My hair finally healed when I got all the deadness cut off and started to repeatedly cut it every three months. I now apply Its A Ten cream to the tips of my hair after I wash it. It repairs and preserves and makes hair noticeably healthier. I also started using Its A Ten shampoo and conditioner. Lastly, I take two Ollie’s heavenly hair vitamins every day. All these things I listed have helped my hair become so much stronger and shinier. I definitely recommend trying some of the tips I gave you if you want better hair 👍🏼

I doubt you're going to see this but I went lighter recently and it damaged my hair a little bit. I went and tried out the treseme keratin smooth shampoo and conditioner and it feels super soft and looks super healthy now. I recommend it!

this happened to me literally I wanted my hair dyed for such a while and finally my mom let me do it at the beginning of 2018 and it was so bad! my hair went from dark brown to like an orange blonde thing when I wanted a caramel/light brown it was so bad people kept making fun of me and shit and finally I was done. Sooo I dyed my hair back and now it’s so healthy and I’m so not dying my hair again for such a while. Just if you’re thinking about dying your hair be careful and choose wisely on who your stylist is!

I totally get what you mean. I’ve had a pixie cut for about 2 years and I wanted a change because I was sick of my short hair and felt so unconfident with it and the only time I really felt good was when I had my makeup on. It was so much hard work to keep styled and would just mess up so easy. So I got hair extensions put in ( and a lot of people where confused as to why I didn’t just let it grow and I spent $$ on it but too me it was important!) So I dyed my hair a new colour as well and I feel so much better and like a completely different person and just all out a lot happier and I’m not worrying about how I look all the time. Everyone had something they like to spend there money on that makes them happy ❤️

if your hair was too elastic when you comb it. it actually needs keratin. if its like crispy when you comb through it or crispy sound when you comb, it needs moisturizer.
I once tried to cut my bangs. It seemed to uneven so I tried to even it out but I ended up shortening it to much and I cut off and entire from part of my hair off and I had to go to a salon to get the spikey hair shaved off and my forehead looked so huge
Clover Cakes well, I once decided I didn’t want bangs and shaved mine off. That was the worst. I grew it out over summer break but it was still so short that I had to cut MORE bangs to cover it and look half right. Bad memories

When u have such light hair and are going darker then 3 shades u have to fill the hair with a red then put the color on. Hair goes through stages when u take out color( lightening or bleaching) and that’s why u get red orange and yellow colors so in order for u to go back dark u have to add those colors back or it falls out or turns out yucky
