I want to be a audio story creator, do I need acoustic foam,and how these foams are placed i want to know that I have a wall 3.5 x 3.5 sq ft wall infront of my pc table and that's the only place I have where I can put these things, I don't have a separate room for that , I do that on my bedroom and since my house is beside a road it's noise and I get noises of vehicles and fans) from behind. so, can those foams help me anyways?

hey bro, the price hike is most probably temporary, if you compare it globally, the original manufacturers haven't increased the cost. It is because of the lack of supply of musical equipment due to corona that some dealers in India are selling the equipment at a higher price trying to take unfair advantage of this situation. Galat hai, par kya kar sakte hain, that's how it is, we should wait for things to improve if our budget is around 10k as in this budget there aren't many good options.

Bhaiya ye toh equipment ka hua, condenser mic baut senstive hota hai mere room ke bahar just main road hai toh main condenser mic ke badle senhieser ka dynamic mic leskta hu kya?
haan bilkul, agar shor bohot hai aas paas to dynamic mic le lo better rahega, I also recorded on shure sm-58 for few years.
now to overcome noise I record after midnight most of the times, kyunki condenser jaisi clarity nahi mil rahi thi unme, but after processing you can make that sound good enough.
I may record at midnight no issues in it,but room is just attached to the balcony.thats the issue.

@@keshaverande9176 I haven't done anything special for room acoustics, just covered wall behind monitors by acoustic foam to control some highs and upper mid frequencies, but that's more useful during mixing. Don't go for these products at all trust me behringer is German Ahuja save your money program your music but never buy these 3 things for cheap

Because that's what is going to effect your overall output
If you buy what's recommended here you will have to upgrade soon and the money you invest would be wasted trust me

My 1st video on home studio was where I showed my setup labeled as "beginners setup" and so many found that way over their budget. That's when I decided I'd recommend something for every budget range based on my experience, for many a difference of 10k is also too much to afford. And even after watching this video people are buying extremely cheap Chinese mics, not even this one. So before saying never buy a particular product we should consider not everyone is as privileged as us.
Secondly, all the talk about quality gear and no one's talking about quality of our music itself, in all the fancy talk of better preamp better frequency response and better sound stage people forget the primary goal is to create good music, if songs are good quality will be acceptable for initial years, there are people creating boring music on setups 100 times more expensive than this.
I'd choose starting out as soon as possible and getting better at my craft rather than wasting 2-3 years waiting to afford the gear, time is more valuable than money. And fyi once you visit the link there's an option for everyone, this setup is for those who can't afford anything over 10k, not for those who have the money but still choose to buy cheaper alternatives. If you'd listen to the intro again it'll help.

I respect your point of view as well .what i wanted to say though is time invested would never return according to me if we can keep saving money a little further while we learn how to use our daw . Create sounds using synth ,sampling and many other techniques
And buy at least a focusrite 2i2 our time and efforts would be better paid out . All i wanted to say is sound in invisible you only see it through your ears and sadly through the gears
