    4. Not all employers are so gracious and humble to be happy for the people that worked for them when they make a big decision like this. I figured out after leaving a few jobs to sound that information out when you’re getting interviewed. They always say something like, “Do you have any questions?” Take the opportunity and ask why the previous person in your job left. If you don’t like the answer, you may want to consider another job.

If you are following Legal Eagle for the content, you might want to think twice. He often misleads his viewers by sweeping critical facts under the rug, as one would when they "think like a lawyer". Devin once said: "Lawyers disagreeing? You could also say water is wet, and the sky is blue". It is an interesting point. Lawyer disagree so much that there are 3 levels of courts. However the one thing that the other lawyers on the internet agree with is that: Legal Eagle has misrepresented the facts to his viewers on several occasions.

Legal Eagle failed to disclose that Rafikian had already appealed those charges and won, and that the court found him not guilty "as a matter of law" (meaning there was insufficient evidence to go to a jury).
If you want more, search "reacting to Legal Eagle" or similar terms. It is a past time of the other lawyers on UA-cam to go over his videos and fill in the gaps that he missed. You can watch those videos, take note of their claims, and research them yourself to see if they are accurate or not. Otherwise it is nearly impossible for the average person to catch the details Devin leaves out if they are not intimately familiar with a case. Uncivil Law, Rekieta Law, Good Lawgic, and I believe Nate the Lawyer as well all have made videos. Many more have, but that is a fairly diverse group from different backgrounds and political views.

Small companies of hundreds of employees or less have to rely on loyalty and treating them well to stay afloat.
Small companies can't afford to be &$$holes - simply because a short time without a single staff member could mean a significantly increased workload for everyone in their department.

After some critical thinking and reading these comments it made me ask the question... why did I think that. A former editor "speaking out" does not really have to mean they are speaking out about negatives. I think the feeling was caused more by the knee jerk reaction due to the current state of the media on this platform and the success of clickbait, which is our fault for clicking it. When I didn't get the job, I was a bit crushed, and I wondered about the person he decided to hire. As I continued watching the videos, I knew that there was someone behind the scenes making them better and better. As a lawyer yourself... you have a LOT of things to explain. like... Every attorney I've spoken to has affirmed that "everything legal is fiction" and that "it's voluntary because it's all fiction." Why will you and your ilk NEVER explain how to express the voluntary nature of all things legal? particularly in courtrooms!! Also. According to Army Regulation 840-10, 2-3, b & c, the use of the gold fringe on flags in "court" makes them "military courtroom" tribunals, under law of war. we are owed law of peace... why is EVERY SINGLE ATTORNEY not providing any law of peace courts or jurisdiction that we are LITERALLY owed?
the method by with all American courts were made "Law of War" is both historically present and legally correct for how things operate under the UN.
Why don't you attorneys EVER explain yourself or your fictitious system? You guys are LITERALLY defrauding us of legitimate law of peace constitutional courts with legitimate justice. Then we all wonder why the US Constitution isn't found in your courtrooms. sigh.
Where is the LEGAL CONSTRUCTION of "governing law"? if it's not UCC §1-301 and UCC § 2A-105 (where the b-cert is a cert of title, our body is "the good", and treating humans as property of the state is LITERALLY human slavery) what is the legal construction of governing law?
I spoke with an attorney who told me that "You won't understand the legal system until you believe it." which is ironic because no other academic subject works like that. Can you explain why you and your ilk think we have to believe that we are property of the state to understand what you and your ilk are doing?
The root of "attorney" is "attorn," which is literally legally defined as "turning a good over to another." why are you treating your clients as "goods" and turning us over to your illegitimate corporation posing as a government?
I'm going to need ANY attorney to explain how this is not LITERAL human slavery of your clients.

No work/life balance, and my pay just kept getting cut as the company grew. I was gaslit by a "we're like family!" work environment while actually being docked of my pay & pressured into working 24/7, and with *no* benefits. (Pro tip: Start-up businesses that don't prioritize their employees are NOT worth the risk to work for.)
