How can anyone dislike this stuff? The singer's got an amazing voice, the band all played spectacularly and it was an overall amazing performance! Subways can be some of the most magical places if you get the right people willing to share their talents for the benefit of others.
That walking off the train at the end looked spur of the moment. Pretty amazing if the train pulled into station as you finished. Even if that's just what it looked like it was extremely powerful and awesome. Keep it up. So happy to patronize this group!!!!
Luke and his collaborators timed out the piece so it would be timed to the the stops on either side of the bridge, but wth so many musicians, it was impossible to know if we'd actually get it right. So what you saw was the actual joy we felt at ending right when we arrived!

Looking at this, I am impressed by the fact that the orchestration accounts for the length of the subway ride. All loud and brash to cover the subway drone, and exactly when that stops it's plucked banjo and high sax harmonies. Keep up the great work.

As the song approaches that last big climax, the whole subway car drops out, complete silence, except for the screeching of the brakes as the car comes to a stop at the exact perfect moment. But when that singer gently lets out the last “looooooooove” and the banjos/etc. fade back in just for a moment... I just started bawling. The ‘tears fell down from my eyes’ quite literally...not sure why exactly but yeah...just, an amazing job you guys. This is perfect. 👏👏👏😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️😱😱🤗🤗
