Take the same amount to buy an asset which will provide monthly income... Then take loan for the car and pay EMI from the monthly income.... So 1st of all GATHER THE AMOUNT TO BUY AN ASSET WHOSE INCOME CAN PAY THE EMIs OF THE CAR... and you are good to go

From a Z4 owner here. Just my take on purchase of a sports car in India.
1. Be clear what you are investing your money on. I own a e89 Z4, i love her everytime I ignite those 6 cylinders but it doesnt come cheap. Your fuel expenses and the general services will come more than a regular premium sedan. If you can afford to maintain in such a way, go right ahead.
2. Banks are your friends. NEVER buy a car/bike with full amount upfront payment, that moment is equivalent to literally burning 20-30% cash of that amount.
3. Even if you have say 80L for a car investment, make a downpayment of 30-40L and rest make it an emi and invest the remaining amount in business or shares that can maximise the returns and help you pay your emi too (also loan from banks , they become better friends to support you)

We invested 10 crores on assets and built 100 appartments and sold 40 appartments to pay the loan amount and now the rest 60 are ours which pays 15,000 per month so 60 appartments pay us nearly 9 lakhs permonth and 1 crore 8 lakhs per annum that's huge bro . So invest in Assets not on liabilities 👍

Humble advice never ever buy a depreciating asset like car and bike for personal use on emi.if you make money out of them then no worries but for personal use never.earn enough that you don’t need emi plan.Then just go out and buy it.EMI’S are good for appreciating assets like property,house,apartment etc not for depreciating asset.
