Some of these tips are useful, some are good for tryhards and sweats, and some of these tips are dumb - like the tip about Light Class being the designated "Recon" (lol wut?) when we all know Light is actually best for flanking and causing panic to opposing teams and offering support DMG.
Light rol is kill but also protect the cashout capturing or stop enemies capturing however in low ranks killing is the best way to win and very important in last round so if a light want to only kill go for it as there are other two players that can take advantage of ur killing everyone but if u going for kill and u actually not killing anyone them you should play less agressive and def the cashout or bring the box as quick as possible
Exactly, racking up kills is part of a light's job but it needs to be done for a reason like watching your teammates' backs or keeping a cashout clear of enemies. Plus you gotta play it smart, hit-and-run without taking too much damage and dying too often
havent seen the video but hope you have told them how to play their role, for some reason they dont kill other lights with sniper and want to hold position on the platform of power shift. Lighst are helpful when they flank the othrers not staying in only a place, they should act as assassins and escorts
It’s so funny seeing some of these tips, because they’re all common sense / must have tips in OW. Like the melee one has been ingrained into my memory since OW, so I naturally use it to damage people all the time
As a light main the isolated 1v1 only goes for unskilled players I consistently can take out entire teams you just have to know when you can do it and when you can’t do it that’s the problem and it’s hard to differentiate sometimes if it’s safe
Completely off topic, but just mentioning it since I noticed it a lot in this video. It sounds like English probably isn't your first language. A quick heads up if you care about these kind proncounciation things: there's actually a significant difference between TH sounds and F sounds in English. Words like with, throw, three, third etc don't sound like whiff, frow, free, fird... Instead of sticking your bottom lip to your upper teeth when making these sounds, as you would when pronouncing an F, touch the tip of your tongue to your upper teeth and you'll get the proper sound.

In the vast landscape of video games, where innovation and excellence are celebrated, there inevitably emerge titles that fall short of expectations, failing to deliver on the promises of engaging gameplay, immersive storytelling, and technical prowess. Among these disappointing entries stands "The Finals," a video game that, despite its aspirations, has earned a reputation for mediocrity and deficiency. This comprehensive essay endeavors to dissect the myriad flaws of "The Finals," exploring its shortcomings across various dimensions including gameplay mechanics, graphics, narrative, and overall execution, ultimately aiming to provide a thorough understanding of why it is considered a bad video game. At the core of any video game lies its gameplay mechanics, the intricate systems and interactions that govern the player's experience. In the case of "The Finals," these mechanics are riddled with issues that undermine the fundamental enjoyment of the game. From the moment players pick up the controller, they are greeted with a sensation of clunkiness and unresponsiveness that permeates every aspect of gameplay. Whether it be the sluggish movement of characters, the imprecise aiming of weapons, or the delayed execution of actions, the controls of "The Finals" fail to provide the fluidity and precision that players expect from a modern video game. Moreover, the game suffers from a lack of balance and depth in its gameplay mechanics, a crucial aspect that is essential for fostering a sense of fairness and competitiveness among players. Certain abilities or characters are egregiously overpowered, dominating the battlefield with little skill or strategy required, while others languish in obscurity, rendered virtually useless by comparison. This imbalance not only undermines the competitive integrity of the game but also diminishes the sense of accomplishment that players derive from mastering its mechanics. Furthermore, the artificial intelligence (AI) of "The Finals" leaves much to be desired, failing to provide a meaningful challenge for players to overcome. Instead of presenting dynamic and adaptive opponents that keep players on their toes, the AI exhibits predictable behavior patterns that quickly become exploitable and monotonous. This lack of intelligent decision-making robs the game of the tension and excitement that should accompany encounters with computer-controlled adversaries, resulting in a gaming experience that feels shallow and uninspired. In an industry where graphical fidelity plays an increasingly significant role in shaping the immersive qualities of a video game, the visual presentation of "The Finals" falls woefully short of expectations. Character models are crudely rendered, lacking the fine detail and fluid animation that breathe life into virtual avatars. Environments are bland and uninspired, devoid of the intricacies and nuances that make virtual worlds feel vibrant and captivating. From a technical standpoint, the graphical performance of "The Finals" is marred by frequent frame rate drops, texture pop-in, and other visual anomalies that detract from the overall aesthetic cohesion of the game. Beyond mere technical shortcomings, the art direction of "The Finals" also leaves much to be desired, failing to establish a cohesive visual identity that sets it apart from other titles in the same genre. Character designs are derivative and forgettable, lacking the distinctive flair and creativity that make memorable protagonists and antagonists. Similarly, environmental design fails to evoke a sense of wonder or exploration, instead opting for generic landscapes and uninspired locales that fail to capture the imagination of players. A compelling narrative can elevate a video game from being merely entertaining to truly unforgettable, providing players with a rich tapestry of characters, conflicts, and themes to explore and engage with. Unfortunately, "The Finals" fails to deliver in this regard, offering a shallow and derivative story that fails to resonate with players on any meaningful level. The plot follows tired tropes and clichés, relying on predictable twists and turns that do little to surprise or captivate the audience. Moreover, the characters of "The Finals" are thinly developed and lacking in depth, existing primarily as vessels for advancing the plot rather than as fully realized individuals with their own hopes, fears, and motivations. Protagonists are characterized by their unwavering heroism and unyielding determination, while antagonists are portrayed as one-dimensional villains driven by nothing more than a desire for power or revenge. As a result, players are given little reason to care about the outcome of the story or the fate of its characters, resulting in a narrative experience that feels hollow and uninspired. Ultimately, the problems with "The Finals" extend beyond its individual components to encompass its overall execution as a video game. Despite the potential for an engaging gaming experience, the developers have failed to capitalize on the strengths of their concept, instead delivering a product that feels rushed, unpolished, and incomplete. Whether due to a lack of resources, expertise, or creative vision, "The Finals" falls short in nearly every aspect, resulting in a disappointing and underwhelming experience for players. Furthermore, the developers' apparent lack of responsiveness to feedback or criticism further exacerbates the game's shortcomings, as they seem content to allow "The Finals" to languish in its current state rather than addressing the issues that have been raised by players and critics alike. This lack of engagement with the community not only erodes trust in the developers but also reinforces the perception that "The Finals" is a product of incompetence or apathy rather than a genuine attempt to create a compelling and enjoyable gaming experience. In conclusion, "The Finals" is a prime example of a bad video game, plagued by numerous flaws that detract from the overall gaming experience. From its deficient gameplay mechanics and lackluster graphics to its uninspired narrative and overall execution, the game fails to meet the expectations of players on nearly every front. While every video game may have its shortcomings, "The Finals" stands out for the magnitude of its failures, cementing its status as a disappointing and forgettable addition to the gaming landscape. As gamers continue to demand excellence and innovation from the industry, it is essential for developers to learn from the mistakes of titles like "The Finals" and strive to deliver experiences that are worthy of their time, attention, and investment. Only then can the medium of video games continue to evolve and thrive as a form of artistic expression and entertainment.

Unfortunately around 60-70% of Top 500 globally ranked players are part of a Discord (a member leaked, evidence is abundant) that promotes a script that allows keyboard players to have the aim assist of a controller player. Once locked onto a target it also automatically micro-adjusts your crosshair to the enemies head to guarantee an easy KO. "But wait!" you say, ."What about the recoil?" Ah yes, luckily it allows you to basically eliminate the recoil on any weapon. Might as well have a magic gun. They should probably just add a script that allows the gun to fire itself. That way we can get some practice when AI becomes advanced enough to pub stomp the best human players. It makes carrying around a cannister a bit less viable. In a real fight you might get a KO. Against an aim bot you're just dying without your weapon equipped. But in general I think most players should always be carry a cannister around. If you need to drop it you can or just throw it wherever. But 3 players placing cannisters means you could probably get 3-6 cannisters in a short amount of time since there will be cannisters near as well. God... a team that really coordinated traps would be insane to play against. I really hope they get rid of the hacking. This game has some really fun potential for eSports. The players need to get a lot better though first. The game needs updates. But imagine facing teams that can lay 3-6 cannisters, 2-8 mines, and a Goo maze in the matter of 5-20 seconds while taking a point. Any extra time (before an enemy arrives) would just be positioning, scouting, and/or adding to your Goo Maze.

Hey I found a bunch of letters on the ground back there. I think you dropped these
I need tips on grappling on extinguishers when playing on console
In tournaments with both cashouts active, if your team is wiped, ping the cashout you want to spawn closer to
Really?
works in every game mode idk how ppl don’t know dis
havent seen the video but hope you have told them how to play their role, for some reason they dont kill other lights with sniper and want to hold position on the platform of power shift. Lighst are helpful when they flank the othrers not staying in only a place, they should act as assassins and escorts
i love taking on multiple enemies, movement and working the cloak.
I watched this just to find out one thing and it wasn’t there. How long do you have to stand still with invis until you are 100% invisible.
It's near instant
So glad im getting to play the finals before it becomes a sweat fest from vids like this
Doesnt breach charge only have one use?
it starts with one but if you did not detonate the one you throw you can have 2 standby
@@DlolFace Didnt know that, thanks!
best tip.. if youre not packing glitch grenades in ranked, dont play light in ranked
Tips I got from this was equip taser and glitch grenade. Those are your best friends.
3:33 Is that the lick I hear?
It’s so funny seeing some of these tips, because they’re all common sense / must have tips in OW. Like the melee one has been ingrained into my memory since OW, so I naturally use it to damage people all the time
I need to work on cloaking immediately after attacking😂😂
10 free shorts 5 each
Would probably help some growth
What if I play on controller
#24 is kinda bogus if you have sword+dash, i've gone into 3v3v1's and came out with 6 kills by just good movement
How do you melee on ps5
4:32 how you move like that
Dash skill, u can dash in midair
MORDHAU MENTIONNED WHOOOHOOOOOOOOOO
whos the pro light btw?
It's gone come times when you I'm a battle out number and you cloak and try to hide some. Players will wait till your cloak run out and there it is 😂😂
As a light main the isolated 1v1 only goes for unskilled players I consistently can take out entire teams you just have to know when you can do it and when you can’t do it that’s the problem and it’s hard to differentiate sometimes if it’s safe
BROOOO TGIS GAMES HAS BEDN OUT FOR LIKE 4 WEKKS THERES ALREADY PROS WHATTTTTT
What? The gun that makes it so that your target can no longer play the game is good?? Daz craazy
Within an hour gang ⬇️
Me as a heavy main: “write that down write that down!”
Run recon senses and model 1887, you’ll be discombobulating lights in no tme
You can super glide?!
Hi future guys.(holding a sit cuz this video will be considered the first best tips on The game)
Will we ever see more apex?
hes a professional the finals player now😊
as a movement player. yes
Let this reach to my trash random lights please.
I think they patched the motion sensor grapple
why are you giving light tips with medium gameplay?
Like, stuff like this in other games is nerve racking cause I just see the games becoming sweat fests and gross. But with this, it's like tf2, there's a complex learning curve, the mechanics are consistent and honestly it's just well designed. Sweats feel less sweaty idk how
As a light I got out of a 4v1 victorious. Gas grenade on top
only ads if your on controller with the sh1900
Best tip: Don't play L.... The more L the team has the less chance for winning
The fact you named things that aren't in the game tells me you know nothing about the game and have a garbage setup to play it, even on console the game runs smooth and feels so, the balance definitely isn't good I can agree but, considering that's the only correct thing your several paragraphs I can't agree with you a whole lot.
@@Flamenverfer ( sorry for bad english) I played in the games beta and they were so nice to give me 10000 in game currency. but the tricked me and removed all my money and cosmetictiks when the game released. this made me very mad and ruined a big part of the game for me. also in the beta the lights doubel barrel-shotgun was acctuly good and could to hit heavys but then they nerfed it and it made the light unusable and runied the light for me.
The gameplay is also so sloppy and its such a snoose fest, the enemis game tank soooo many shots before they die. like how can you have fun playing this game and mediuems loves theire glaze gun and the trigangelet in a corner and heals eathceother. also the light sniper sucks, when you headshot the heavy the do not die but have a quater of their health left and thats sooo annoying and trash, like if you get a big jucie bullet through your head then your gonna die not survieve with a quater of your health left.
all the other weapons the heavy has is abslout gargabe. this makes the heavy not very versitle with its only good weapon being the sledge hammer. the heavy cant do shit when the enemy is 3 meters anaway from you. the rocket laucher is ass and has a long cold down which makes it useless. and the infamous goo gang gun is a useless peice of trash, you can not kill with it and it barely protect yourself with it.
mediums are by far the most op class and the most boring one. everytime i see a medium on the battlefield i hurts my eyes and soul because i know they a gonna glaze and glaze and glaze their teammate to eternity and onwards. all medium are goonner who realese their life load on thiere team which makes it impossible to kill them. the mediums also have the most op and verstile loadout.
the finals have also very many pc and consle performance issuses. very often my game wont run and it lags out and crashes, it also happend with one of my friends. this game is a poor exuess of a game and should not be played by anyone ever. the second someone mentions the finals my whole body quakes in pain. please never metion the finals near me. the finals is a disgrace to the human race and should have never been made. but the beta was alright, mabye if they bring the beta back i will take back my alligationsions towards this game.
pls give me back my 10000 beta ingame curency.
taser was nerfed to 10m 8:45
No, it was buffed from 10m to 12m. There hasn't been a new patch for 2 weeks?
Grap and sword is best build
As a light main who only plays for the accessibility of breach charge and somebody who loves going for the zone and being am absolute team playing menace, cam somebody explain to me why Light players are just kinda... Ass?
I'm the only one I ever see going for the objective and I do so AGGRESSIVELY,
As a supoort medium, lights are so good when they actually position themselves where you can easily heal them after doing a hit and run.
Bro youre telling me this game has accels?
Know that this bullshit was patched.
@@davymcdave I mean... it was more like nerfed than fixed. The cheater/hacker issue has gotten a lot better, but it's going to take them more time to really work on it.
currently laughing at the beef in the comments
what abt snipers
Don't use it, the dmg is low compared to other FPS game, barely kill Mid at Headshot and absolutely having hard time on killing Heavy build
Unless u got good spot at high building and ofc good aim, then go freely use it
But the problem is cashout usually full of Shield, smoke and Goo so Sniper is almost useless lmao
@@manyblock4192 i have really good aim so killing mediums in cqb is really easy i have a little bit of a hard time to kill heavys but as long as i hit a head on a heavy i can kill em
tip 1 dont miss
Tip : play cloak and stun gun you’ll never have a less than 15 kill game as it’s a joke it isn’t nerfed😂
I bet you think the heavy rpg is balanced too
Just pick a counter or have eyes.
@@Flob13 what’s a counter?
@@TheTEN24Medium sonar with FCAR does the trick.
@@iamspeed403 I’m controller console the FCAR ain’t the play but yea sonar works decently but it’s situational
I knew most of these before watching and I'm still ass
To people who main light builds, do you enjoy scurrying around the map like a rat clawing at players ankles?
Yes
the game just launched and people claim to be the best in the world xD
The Finals would be so fun if it weren't for the game disconnecting all your USB devices and saying fuck you in the middle of fight.
I never have that problem lol, My Keyboard is Wired and my mouse is Wireless
None of them have disconnecting problem
It's probably your PC or Console problem, don't blame the game
No one have problem like you in these 2 month

Everyone wants the easy answers these days just play and learn,
Don’t turn this into hyper competitive apex
i feel like learning everything by yourself and coming up with combos with your friends is what makes this game so fun for me
You need to learn that this is the flow of games. New game comes out everyone wants to learn it, they eventually do and form a meta. New players want to learn the meta. Just pray the meta isn't too stagnant or lame and the game will be fine. Apex suffered from a variety of things, but spread of information isn't one of them
The nuke canister meta right now is so annoying.
@@Flob13 its easily countered and its important to break up meta team comps
Also release your skill level and go from there don’t try to be a player your not. Just like in any competitive environment play at your pace. I’m here trynna be joewoe when I’m an average player at best. Happy gaming
Fuck lights, you shouldnt be able to oneshot someone, they should reduce their damage and upgrade their health.
Don’t use others videos without credit. That was Eidorians fotage when u showen how to climb faster…
Tips for every light player: Everyone's capable of zooming down the sight of the sniper for the instant headshots. You're going to get it nerfed.
you mean quickscoping? its not gonna get nerfed lol
The ultimate tip : dont play light if you want to fight.
Some players dont communicate or help😅
It’s insane how many arguments these videos farm in the comments. At this point it feels like ANY opinion about this game is affective engagement bait 😂
Chill out people, let people play what class and use what strat they want.
pro light when the game is not one month old and already filles with cheaters, are they trying to copy apex here?
Me, a heavy, watching this to scout bad lights
The game just came out there are 0 "pro"s in the game AT ALL
Go back to Apex you try hard cheaters
w
Honestly no-one should be a pro until the game has been out for a 6 months to a year minimum
you can't be a pro light players if there's no professional games or tournaments going on hey may be a pro in another game but there isn't an esport scene yet therefore you can only be good in the finals and not a pro
Great tips! Can’t wait to not communicate anything with console players!!!
There is an underhand throw in this game!!!!!!!!
I have 100 hours playing time and never knew that
