Which county officials doubled the crime by lying to these women to get them into the station? Lying to them, then putting them into interrogation rooms in a cop shop instead of having them come down to a county office to discuss a settlement was meant as a threat, to get them to take the crappy 5k offer. Whoever made this decision needs to be fired immediately.
