I use mine several times a week cuz I have a hairy dog. My house is 1,900 sf and I can clean it very thoroughly on 1 1/4 batteries (it comes with two that are fully charged during storage). Continuous charge is best and the only way to store it. Docking is easy. The lower part rests on the floor dock and it stays in place due to a 2” vertical track that is on the vacuum (male part of track) and lowest part of vacuum (female part - near back side of vacuum head). I’ve had mine for about a year. and am super-pleased. Vacuuming is ALMOST fun cuz the light lets you see it’s effectiveness. Just got a cabin and am about to buy another. Great vacuum and super convenient. The LED light is one of its best features. I can see how well it picks up pet hair and be sure floor is clean from dirt un-viewable w/o the light. It’s shocking how much dirt and pet hair can hide in plain sight. I use it at least three times a week to fully vacuum house due to lots of dog hair. Works great every time. Not as powerful as a regular vac, but it does the job quickly and well, esp. on hardwood floors (and short carpet). I fully clean it after each use cuz I want it to last. My only issue is the dust bin door-clamp/lock broke cuz it’s just plastic. I taped a small paper clip to the bottom and bent it 90 degrees so the round end would fit over the locking mechanism. This worked so well I didn’t even use the replacement bin they sent me under warranty (but good customer service - just one email and a new bin was sent, though it was delayed due to COVID-19). The replacement had different clip, so they at least tried to fix the problem, but my solution works even better. I used one piece of Gorilla duct tape to secure the paper clip.
I just received mine bought after watching countless YT videos 😬 but mine A11 Hero came with only one battery and wall mount, everyone says theirs came with two batteries .. so mad that is the only reason I bought this vacuum.

As a cleaning person having purchased one of these I highly suggest you skip this vacuum, the battery doesn’t last long enough so if you have a big house you’re going to vacuum in parts, this is more like one of those vacuums meant to be used to pick up cereal spill or crumbs but it will not be able to do your entire house in one go.
Man I just got one and my wife thinks it’s amusing at how pumped I am. We truly have advanced 10 thumbs up
Thanks, would have been great to see how you dock it and connect it to the base.

Yea mine too. I got mine at best buy. I hear you need Hero + in order to get 2 batteries
Thank You...I just bought it based in your review.
Do u need to keep it on the dock charger all the time? If the battery is full, do u remove the cable?
what about when hair gets stuck between the carpet roller piece how do you get the hair out..
I'm sorry i can't hear the background music, can you make it louder?
Great review, but it sounds very loud. Would you say it’s on par with other vacuums in terms of noise?
I'd say it's quieter than many others. Check out my site for the dB rating.
The vacuum lights up when on?
Can we leave the batteries on continues charging when not in use? Or do they have to be off power once fully charged?

Yes, that's correct. In their website, they recommended the Tineco S12 and above for bigger houses. A11 is for smaller houses. :-)
