I didn't expect such an informative review. I've got my eye on this machine. I have to figure out if my needs justify this big purchase. Thanks for the great video.
I have the a10 Master and the a11 Hero. Their attachments are interchangeable. Also got the upgraded bowl, handles the dirt better. Happy with my purchases.
The hard floor tool makes a big difference in floor cleaning. There is no 'snow plow' effect that you'll notice when you're only using the carpet(all-purpose) tool.
Thanks for your video, looking forward for the full review of this device! Looks like Dyson V8 has at last a good and cheaper competitor! We own the v8 but a second unit is to expensive, Tineco could be the solution!
@@jayceooi Thanks for your hardwork! I really appreciate your work and the time you spend to making those videos. Also I will link/recommend your channel! I thought maybe some comparison to other units would be nice like in this video: ua-cam.com/video/ynesWYW-s2M/v-deo.html Hopefully Tineco will also release this unit in Europe/Austria since there is no dealer or no way to buy it till yet. Considering buying this device as second unit additional to our Dyson V8 if it will be available in EU/A :-)
The only additional video needed is a demo of the floor attachment that comes with the Master. It's an additional $85 if it's purchased separately. I bought a Master a10 in January and a Hero a11 just recently. The attachments are interchangeable between the two. Once you experience the floor tool, you'll want one. Haven't had to use the 'Max' setting yet.
Looking forward to your next video. New subscriber... appreciate your attention to detail in the making of your videos. I like that you get right to the point. Keep up your good work!
@@JohnSmith-qf1jd No, he means the carpet roller brush, is an all purpose floor attachment. And since the A11 hero only provides you with that, you don't need to buy the soft roller (which in the master version is included in the price). That is if you have mixed floors/carpets. If you only or mostly have hard floors, the soft roller worth the extra purchase.
Wonderful review sir. Straight to the point, not too long, but still covered every possibility! (and every attachment)

I've had it for a few months now. Just awesome.

enertaining reveiw cant wait to get one!
Just bought one yesterday, but I got the A11 Hero that doesn't have to hard floor tool. Looking forward to its arrival.

@@Tsch6373 i haven't had any problem with it.
After a year of use, is it still as good and how is the battery life?
Good. Battery life is almost as new because you have 2 batteries to use. Swap here and there.
How’s it holding up now? Battery life, reliability and longevity will decide if I buy this or not. Thank you for the informative video!
So far so good. It has 2 years warranty. 😊
at 3:08 saw you bending a11 tineco. can pure one s12 do the same?
Sure, why not? ua-cam.com/video/6F9QZVinx5Y/v-deo.html
is soft roller hair resistant? i want to buy a cordless vacuum that is hair resistant, i dont want to clean the roller every 3 -4 times i use it
Yes. No worry...
I don't understand how to use the pre-filter - where does it go and what is it used for?
ua-cam.com/video/E9nFqblqtVI/v-deo.html
It blocks all the dust from entering motor.

Could the power brushes work if connected like Body-Hose-Tube-Power Brush?
The flexible Hose-Tube? If yes, then cannot.
You CAN connect the power tool directly to to body of the vac but not to the hose. The hose is not electric in any way.
Can it go from tile floor to rug without changing the head?
Yes, you need to use carpet brush then.
...Sooo the answer would actually be no, you would need to change to the soft roller for hard floors and the other head for carpets.

Is A11 Master available in SG?
Official no. But it is the same as Hero but with few extra accessories.
People are reporting that the filter gets clogged easily and greatly reduces the Suction. How true are these two issues?
Clog is normal just like other cordless vacuums (except Dyson V10+). But do not reduce suction greatly. Only slightly...
Can I use Dyson attachments with this?
Nope, you cannot.
does it ship to malaysia
Not directly from Amazon. You need to use 3rd party forwarder...
Thank you for the review. I almost bought an overpriced Dyson.
Carpet test -great!
hepa?
Yes.
@@jayceooi nex vs this which one u prefer?
@@manitsony6703 Both are great. A11 better in ergonomic and handling.
are you an english teacher ?
It's an ad, not a review.
I will praise what is great. And mention those are poor... ua-cam.com/video/R-mg-XFebew/v-deo.html
