- Hello everyone and welcome back to the channel and its time to adjust the tappet on my GS-150, i will walk you through each step of adjustment process in detail in this long but highly detailed tutorial, so lets just hang on do tappet adjustment............

Mechanic just changed rings not pistons and when i asked him he said there was no need for changing of piston, new rings were good enough. After that my bike started leaking oil from the front side of head cylinder and i find oil deposits in the front of cylinder and where the silencer is held with 2 bolts on the cylinder side. I want to open the bike but i want to know which epoxy i use for oil leakage and which seals. Please reply i will be thank full. May Allah bless you brother

I want know what i use for seal epoxy for oil leakage on head cylinder of , GS 150
if two parts are seated properly and tightened properly with gasket, there shouldnt be any leakage, but if there is you can use grey slicon to prevent leakage

Meri bike 1500 rpm py start nh reh pati kia yae bhi tappet ka issue hai ya fuel mixture ka?
bad idling can be caused by both reasons, if high RPM running is fine then its the tappit settings
Asslam u alikum sir mera ake masla ha agar ap kuch bata sakein Meri bike gs 150 se 2022 ha or 500km chali ha or suru se le kar ab taq uss ke engine ma se khar khar ki awaz ati ha 3rd gear se onward jese engibe ka galla kharab ha. Jab bike ko thora bhagao toa awaz ziyada ho jati ha... Jessa kisi ke galla kharab hone se khar khar ki awaz ati ha... With out gear awaz nai ati magar jab third gear ma thora sa bike ko teez karein awaz suru ho jati ha... Awaaz essi ke jese engine ka galla kharab ha. Khar khar ki awaz or bike ma itni pick it power bi nai ha... 80kmph bari khanch kar karti ha jese uss ko 6th gear ki Zaroorat ho
WS, the noise increase under load or normal running condition and does sound appear to come from piston and head portion or main engine body ?
@@RideNShoot noise come from left side. When bike is idle and then we accelerate there's no such noise and when I put in 1st or 2nd gear and make smooth run even then no noise and when I put in 3rd or above gear and when i accelerate a bit harder the noise starts like kuch cheez engine ma phati hoi ha. Jese galla kharab hota ha.
Sir I don't know about piston but noise come from engine.. When bike is not in gear then I accelerate even harder there's no noise but noise come after 3rd gear on wards... Doesn't matter with load or without load. Its not tappet noise coz tappet noise is tiik tik but this sound is like engine gala kharab
as you explained and from my understanding, apparently this sound is coming from gear box as you mentioned that it only sounds on and above third gear, GS engine has a bit of clanking sound when under stress, it feels just like tappit cam rod has come loose from both end and it clanks its housing.

اسلام علیکم بھائی میں نے suzuki gr150 کے tapid ایڈجسٹ کئے ے intak0.5اورEx0.13
بائیک سے ٹکٹک کی آواز آنے لگ گئی ے اور بائیک چلانے میں بھی بہت بھاری ہو گئی ے سپیڈ بھی 60 سے اوپر نہیں جا رہی
Ap intek py 0.05 and exsust py 0.15 setting karain thek ho jy ga
Tappet Adjustment In tack out both number is same 0.05mm is ok Sir Gide me thanks.
intake and out take is always different with out take clearance much larger than intake to fully exhaust the expanded burnt gases.

its just a line on magnet, infact it will be only thing different you will see on magnet while looking through the top view bolt hole
Gs or gr ki tappet adjustment same hogi?
brother i am not aware of the gap clearances but procedure will be the same
