Gs 150 head has a very worse drawback in its head portion. There is no bearing in the camshaft, the camshaft is directly held on the head and when the camshaft gets any scratches, it scratches the head too. After when you replace the camshaft the old scratches on the head again rupture the new camshaft. So the whole head needs to be replaced when a little scratch is appeared on the head which is a lot more expensive.

Hello taimoor How are you. I have questions related with my GS 150 Se, I bought new SE 1 month ago but once I bought this bike my expectations have been down, I found number of issue in new bike when. I asked to sauzuki staff they always told me that it Manufacturer issue even though after my first service it is still there. The main issue I found is, during Gear shifting it creates loud voice which I don't like it, service Mechanic already tight chian, is pocket rubber but they can not able to fix, I request you to please make video on this b/c I don't find on UA-cam, if not possible then at least comment on my message, hope you understand my point... I have the same bike but it get hot after riding it for 10 km and engine stops by itself. I have to start it again but the engine gives the impression that piston is jammed. Need your advice in the matter.Thank you
