Awe, Crayola is such a cutie. Love the name too. It was great to see everyone giving him his treats. good luck with training at home, you will do great!
Beautiful! 😍 Our female Eclectus Marceline has one wing. We adopted her from an elderly couple. We have no idea why she only has one wing. Her balance is off and we’ve modified her large cage. But she’s determined to audition for Cirque Du Soleil 😅 ❤ While she has one wing, there’s no stopping her living her best life. 😊
So wonderful! The Palm Beach Parrot and Bird Rescue has a one winged baby named Indy, who also has a foot issue who is doing so well! This little baby is up for adoption and I want to adopt it so bad but she really needs a home that has fewer birds than we have, in order to get the proper attention. Indy is so cute!
Kim and Crayola just needed that extra bit of guidance, and I can’t think of a better team than Jamie and Dave. It’s hard to get most birds to accept more than just their person, but with the right guidance it can be done. Thanks Jamie and Dave. 🦜💕 Note: Can’t believe how much Capri has grown.🦜
Amazing as always!! You probably don't know this but I am always sending all who may read my comments on other clips your way. I have been watching your videos etc for many years. So, when I write a comment on a clip I happen to watch on any other bird channel etc... I absolutely encourage all to visit your Bird Tricks site. Thx again for all your shared knowledge. Parrots are so incredible and so are you and your whole family!!
What a beautiful bird! And this is a great idea to keep in mind for socialization! I do have to say, though, that after a few years of working with cockatoos, I can read their body language pretty well -- it changes quickly sometimes, and they often appear to be completely irrational, but you have taught us all well to pay attention! Next up: probably amazons. They freak me out.
I am dieing to have the chance to work with larger birds again. I can't even explain the magic i felt working with Tusa and Bondi. Even Comet though he wasn't as accepting. I feel like i missed my call in life.
@@kimberlycarr2928she is beautiful! She’s lucky to have a great human that cares enough to even put the work in , I bet Crayola has some awesome awesome times ahead ! ❤
Thanks! She was at the rescue for quite a long time and while I would love to free-fly a bird one day, I knew I could give Crayola a good life full of adventures.
I have a question- I've got an African grey parrot, and I've been searching for good quality pellets, but the only ones i can find don't ship to my country... is there something i can give her instead of pellets? or what should i do? - she's currently on pellets made mainly from cereals, peanut kernals, fruit, seeds, and vegetables
I wanna ask U guys if U could help me train my parrot bc I always get bitten when I try getting close to it pls reach out to me pls I rlly need help and I love Ur content
Positive reinforcement is one of those situations that's so simple to explain and so difficult to execute well in a consistent way.

How did she lose her wing?
A cage accident with her previous owner.
