I followed it step by step and it works 100 percent, gotta name the smart appliance and Siri command carefully so it picks up the Siri shortcut. Very helpful video, I don’t have to buy google home now can just control with my Siri on my iPhone
After some comments that the procedure is not working, I tested the same today. It works. My setup goes like this: Smart life app version : 5.6.3 iPhone os: 13.5.1 Smart life account: Indian account, logged in through email and password. Shortcuts app must be installed before creating tap-to-run. The only change is the taptorun is under scene tab now
It doesn’t work for me. Siri says task done, but I get a notification from the app that it failed to launch. It says in FAQ that I have to add Bluetooth gateway but I’m struggling, did you have to add a gateway or just follow this video?

What do I do if that button does not appear? It worked initially, I added more devices, and it stopped working. When I use voice command, it also crashes my phone.
The Smart Life app has been updated, and no longer works like this. If it is still possible to control it with Siri, could you please make an updated tutorial?
@@ComedianReacts I accidentally swiped left and found a whole new screen which had the shortcut button. There was nothing that indicated that even existed. I’m so glad I figured it out. It was driving me crazy
Hmmm, it works with the apple watch on the go. But it wouldn't let you do it on the Iphone, since it is considered a security risk. (like someone may just unlock your door simply by commanding siri by having the phone in their hands for a few seconds)

Nah Siri doesn’t work as of 23/12/22 on smart life app.
Check under 'Scene' tab. The app has been updated.
