All I really got from this is that she is doodoo against the new enemy types, and can easily be made irrelevant by enemies that don't attack directly or charge up for some large beefy attack

nor really, thats Clara. Yunli has a safe guard against enemies with no hits.It is a DPS loss but it is what it is, its like using Firefly against the soda monkey or fighting Aventurine with Boothill, you wouldnt say they are irrelevant would you?

Looks like someone didn't bother to read her kit. Yunli is literally viable against enemies that don't have hit registers like that robot with the wine and shit due to the fact that she can still do her enhanced follow up attacks outside of counter attacking. Not to mention this guy doing the showcase is absolutely shit at timing his counters.

​@@LucasGomes-ng2goThe thing is that you can delay Aventurine Action with Boothill's ultimate and also uses someone to freeze or delay Aventurine even more or help to break Aventurine faster. Só this problem can be ignored by right teamcomps, strats and SPD + Action advance checks.
The same works to Firefly against The Monkey, it's pretty irrelevant if you play it right and cancel Monkey's attacks

@@mauriciorosademoraes9209 the same thing with Yunli, just spam her ult, the second one is a guarantee Cull, and if you're playing with Tingyun/Huohuo/Shared Feeling its not that much of a DPS loss since you can get another Ult pretty quickly, and that's my point, having a draw back does not invalidate a character, and in the case of Yunli its easy to circumvent, while with Firefly if hou don't break you're fucked
