- Ashish Ranjan is an ex-ISRO, ex- BARC Scientist. He has spent the past 5 years writing a book on his experience of getting selected and working in India's Nuclear program and how he worked his way up into India's space program despite his poor academic background. Ashish had scored 53/100 in Mathematics and 61/100 in Physics on his 12th boards. He even failed Physics in his 11th Standard - never got admitted to top universities for his B.Tech. like IITs or NITs. Yet, he made his way into India's two of the largest research organizations as a Scientist. He has recently published a Book, "The Boy Who Did Not Sign" which is a fictional story inspired by a true event in Ashish's life as a young scientist at BARC trying to get recruited for the ISRO scientist position. The book is about pursuing a dream career despite our limitations and disadvantages, about the romantic relationship dynamics we all face, about doing the right thing, and much more. Bro I'm 20... I faced an accident which made my lower body paralysed... But it was corona lockdown online classes so i didn't stop my be mech clg... I did many treatments like strengthening physio exercises, surgeries, tablets etc... Even now I'm having many arrears in clg... Surely I'll clear it & clear gate exam & surely I'll do me mech in a good iit... I'm having disability certificate so i can get some concessions... But I'll surely recover this paralysis problems 100% one day
3 things to do while we're facing continuous failures is:-
*never stop hard work
*never stop aquiring knowledge
*do prayer/penance to get god's help(lord shiva mantras has great power, but u can pray any gods like lord hanuman,lord ganesh, lord vedvyas, allah, jesus, buddha etc.)

I scored 57% in 10th 55% in 12th, 4 years back i started preparing for govt exams, it took a hell lot of time to improve, but last year I was selected in the Ministry of Defence.
I also left IITB for pusuing my passion i e. ISRO. Inspite of my unsuccessful attempt this year in ISRO examination, I will continue to work in this direction. I kind of resonated with the vibes due to which you left ISRO.

To aspire to become a scientist and to remain whole life a scientist is not an easy task.
Anyways, India has lost a valuable and potential scientist. Yeah it has gained one more youtuber and influencer also.. But time will decide whether loss is more prominent or gain!

I'm a scientist for the rest of my life and nobody in this world can change that. And the loss of one ISRO Scientist will be replaced by hundreds made by my influence. 'Be your own boss' most of us don't understand the actual meaning of this sentence.
It means you are the one who is responsible to take decisions of your life it doesn't mean to leave a job just because you don't want a boss. As far as I know employees are important for a company or organisation to work. If all of us start thinking like that then just imagine billions of companies with one guy each because no one wants to do a 9 to 5 job.

I did my Diploma in Hardware and Networking.. Currently pursuing BSc Chemistry to get into irso.. Started pursuing programming.. And write for books.. People say I won't Fit in any profession.. Every background is different.. And no one will hire me for any of them.. Have a single focus.. I tried hard but they never understood that I don't want to create a full stop in my passion, I want commas.. I don't bother if I earn less.. My passion, satisfactions and happiness will pay me more.. Thank God🙏 I saw your video and now I'm. More confident that I'm right in my decision..
