I'm gonna try sorbet this weekend I think. I've had mine for about 8 or 9 years and I don't use it often but it hasn't failed me yet. It is heavy though, so keep that in mind.
All I focused through the video is the material contact with food. Personally I like to spend $100 more on this product if the plastic mixer part inside the bucket can be replaced with a stainless steel one.
totally get where you are coming from. I have much a distaste for plastic, but I think in this case it does not matter. The plastic should last the length of the device, no reason for it to break I think

Hi, yes you will have to store the ice cream you made in the freezer to retain its solid consistency.

How do you switch to Auto? Mine starts with manual
