Actually, there's an easier way to do it: just make the cylinder's diameter double of the cube's side (aka radius = cube's side), and put the centre of the cylinder on the edge of the cube.

Brilliant, thank you. I've been struggling with this for days... :) Thanks for posting!

u can do this a couple different ways, i made a bunch of delete blocks that have different shapes including the curve but i learned u can also do it with the options for the cube, just add a radius to it by change the value in the settings. u can change the radius an the number of steps it has so it can be round an smooth or u can have it more or less be just a bevel but it does it to all corners of the cube, also u have to make the changes to the size in the options or it deforms the radius if u try to do it by clicking the values on the object itself so make all the changes in the objects option box where u can change the color, if all u can see is the color an hole option there should be an arrow u can click to have it drop down to show more options. it still is limited cause u cant pick where its done so it does it to the hole cube so the way around that is by making the cub over size so u can remove the material u dont neeed with a hole block an then u can kinda control which sides get a radius or bevel an which doesn but what ever works best for the use is what i say. but i also think the more ways i know the better off i am so im always willing to pick up a new way of doing things even if i dont like it as much as how i normally do it.

That's allot of work for a curved edge.

I was wondering if there was a better way, I just started tinkering yesterday, but I am no stranger to other Autodesk modeling software such as maya. I came up with the same idea creating a reverse hole then using it as a template. It altogether works, but it takes longer then it could. I'm also struggling with tinkercad trying to figure out how to split the model up like patchwork does, but this software seems unequipped. Is there a work around for splitting a model when using a dual extruder?

TinkerCAD has a buttload of shapes in their system now. So they have one called "metafillet" and it's exactly what you made and you define everything yourself.

I think it would have been less steps to just create a box with all four corners curved using the radius option, and then grab one more box, elongate it and fill in the two curves on the left that you didn't want by grouping with the 1st box.
