    This recipe changed my mind about crinkles and I am now hooked. I baked a small batch today and divided the recipe in four since there's only me and my husband to eat my baked goods. I must say this red velvet crinkles tasted really good. We loved it. Thanks for sharing your recipe.🙂

    Advice ko lang po.. Hwag niyo pong ireuse yung naiwang powdered sugar na ginamit niyo kasi may itlog po yung dough. Yan po ang cause ng Salmonella. Bagamat hindi po maapektuhan yung product natin kasi binake naman po, pero yung contamination po ang mahirap. Iwasan na lang po natin kaysa sa umabot po tayo sa panahon na yung pamilya natin ang magkasakit.

      ay bakit ngayon ko lang nabasa to 😂 wala na po nagamit ko na ulit ung natirang powdered sugar na natira ko nun, ang tagal pa bago ko nagamit ulit un🤦🏻😂

      Wala pong problema pag na iluto na ang pagkain. Namamatay po ang bacteria. Ang problem po is yung cross contamination. Hindi po namamatay ang bacteria kahit i ref or i freeze niyo po ang coating.
      Ang mas mainam gawin is itapon ang natira, at hugasan at sabunan agad ang kamay at lahat ng pinaghawakan. Para di po makakalat ang bacteria.

      Hindi po ba medjo maliit yung risk ng salmonella sa mga itlog? O sa ibang bansa lang yan haha
      Tsaka may itlog din po sa buttercream? O okay lang yan dahil mainit yung carmelized sugar?

    Great recipe 👌. I have made it twice now, though I divided the recipe into 4 and each crinkle is 40g. I bake for 15 mins. It comes out great every time. I tried the chocolate crinkle and lemon crinkle too. I added half a tablespoon of coffee to a quarter of the chocolate crinkle recipe and it was divine! 😋. Kudos!! Keep those great recipes coming.

    its better if you do it dry to dry
    and liquid to liquid.

      @@kristinelandicho3029 combine only dry ingredients to dry ingredients po same as wet ingredients before mo imix ang dry and wet. and then pag sa batter part na gradually add the dry mix to to wet mix..
      another tip is to always sift mga dry para walang lumps ☺.

    Did you rest the dough at room temperature on the counter or in the fridge? Is the temperature 180c fan forced or without fan?

    Hello po! I tried your recipe po, hinati ko po siya into 4. Tama lang ang tamis nya at sobrang moist nya kaso ang napansin ko, bland siya at walang mild chocolatey flavor like how red velvet crinkles should taste. Pero masarap po promise! Dadagdagan ko nalang ng cocoa powder next time. Salamat sa pagshare😊

    I wanna make it but I believe that the amount of sugar in it is kinda too much. Is there any way I can make it without using too much sugar and still maintain the same taste (kinda?)

      Maybe replace the sugar with other powders such as cocoa (if you want more chocolate concentration) or just powdered milk.

    Hi. I made these today, bakit kaya hindi siya chewy? I baked for 10- 11 minutes. And ung ube crinkles, ang ganda ngb texture, soft and chewy. Same bakibg time nman.

      Per piece ko po siya usually pine presyuhan kapag nilagay ko sa tub nag a-add lang po ako ng expense sa box o sa container kapag resseler po 8 pesos po ang benta ko pero po sa tindahan 10 pesos po siya😊

    nagbbake ako nito mas okay kung tunawin lahat ng dry ingrs.bago ilagay ung flour para nd sipsipin ng powdered sugar na toppings nya and mas okay pag i ref muna about 30 to 1 hr. para tumigas ung dough nya
