About F1 2017:
“F1 2017” is a highly technical racing video game and the ninth instalment in the Formula One video games franchise developed and published by Codemasters. It was released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows on 25 August 2017.
F1 2017 features the following teams and drivers: Scuderia Ferrari - Sebastian Vettel, Kimi Raikkonen; Sahara Force India F1 Team - Sergio Perez, Esteban Ocon; Haas F1 Team - Romain Grosjean, Kevin Magnussen; McLaren Honda Formula 1 Team - Stoffel Vandoorne, Fernando Alonso; Mercedes AMG Petronas Motorsport - Lewis Hamilton, Valtteri Bottas; Red Bull Racing - Daniel Ricciardo, Max Verstappen; Renault Sport Formula One Team - Nico Hulkenberg, Jolyon Palmer; Sauber F1 Team - Marcus Ericsson, Pascal Wehrlein; Scuderia Toro Rosso - Daniil Kvyat, Carlos Sainz Jr.; Williams Martini Racing - Lance Stroll, Felipe Massa. Classic cars featured are the 1988 McLaren MP4/4, 1991 McLaren MP4/6, 1992 Williams FW14B, 1995 Ferrari 412 T2, 1996 Williams FW18, 1998 McLaren MP4-13, 2002 Ferrari F2002, 2004 Ferrari F2004, 2006 Renault R26, 2007 Ferrari F2007, 2008 McLaren MP4 -23 and the 2010 Red Bull Racing RB6.
F1 2017 contains 20 official circuits from Iconic locations such as Monaco, Azerbaijan, USA, UK, Australia, Dubai and Austria, such as the Albert Park Street Circuit, Red Bull Ring, Baku City Circuit, Silverstone, Suzuka, Circuit of the Americas, Hungaroring and Monaco Street Circuit.
About MotoGP 2018:
“MotoGP 18” was released on Q3 2018. It was developed by Milestone and published by Milestone for Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
Celebrating passion, excitement and all the adrenaline of the MotoGP championship, MotoG 18 will give players the opportunity to take part in the best motorcycle racing show on Earth, featuring all the official content from 2018 MotoGP season and exclusive improved features which will set a completely new level of realism and immersion.

Don't forget, when you get a contract to a higher team, ignore it and rip it up then choose a slower team to race in and then crash out when you are about to get two points

I used to play this game back on PS2 and PS3. And believe me this game is insane on every level. Once you makes a mistakes on the track, there's no turning back
Bintang Kurik for me its easier with the joystick. I did my pitstop 7.2 seconds
Swiggle the pitstop is also plays a factor on this game too. If you push the wrong button it will costs you a valuable seconds
Bintang Kurik except for the fuel one because after the first set is loose if you get it wrong youll still make up. The game is actually kinda easy in hard mode if you know the racing lines and the tricks
Why would you want to turn back? You'd be going the wrong way round the track.
David i mean if you makes mistakes in the career mode like crashing the car or hit somebody there is no restart button on the menu

This game is why I want the license taken away from codemasters, it's so much better and still looks good in 2018

MclarenCT I think codemasters tries to cater for non-f1 fans but rather tried to appeal to people who play casual racing games rather than hardcore Sim racers
This is not the perfect game or even a sim, there's a lot of artificial difficulty thrown at you, like oil being dumped on the racing line, the damage model makes it very easy to lose a wheel but all of that + the commentators and the onscreen display make me feel like I'm actually watching a race from that era, codemasters games are lifeless

Am honestly glad codies got the license. The games were getting pretty stale and they'd probably have given the licence to some hacks like Milestone instead, lol.

good old childhood memories :D I played it on ps2, I played it for 4 years, to the day f1 2010 on xbox 360 came out. on the hardest difficulty and 100% races. It was the best time I ever had on a Formula 1 game

Yellow front wing means another little touch to it and you'll have a red front wing which affects downforce, yellow front wing does not affect downforce
Bloody hell!! This takes me a back! I wish I still had the game, I thought the modern games were brutal! Definitely miss that pure sound of the V8 engine in the sport itself, if only they'd bring it back
Had this game for 3 years now and I must say this is the best game considering the fact that the graphics is way ahead of its time

the most exciting f1 game i've played so far it's by far better than codemaster's because the general thing was a lot closer to reality. It's not like you pick your team in career mode then you just go driving and apply updates you have to win your seat and climb to success.
I remember getting this game back on ps3 and buying the wrong copy because it was all in Japanese, still played the heck out of it, good times 😃
You can't be fast in wet without a good setup. The right setup is very important in this game. I'm talking seconds.

Ben if you want to steer better on the controller push the analog forward an to turn move from left to right on the analog rim this helps you be smoother and mimic a wheel

Long time watcher, I played this years ago, good game an improvement on 05. Back in the day i played f197 on ps1, shit that was 20 years ago just started with f12017 few months ago with my son. i'm just a big kid.

I too thought this game to be tough but I was able to win the driver’s championship on the hardest difficulty in career mode in the Williams. I find the latest F1 titles from Codemasters harder, not being able to win on the highest difficulty on F1 2016 & 2017. Maybe I just got old!
This game is 10 times better and more detailed in terms of representing the sport than the modern games.

Remember that Leona Chin and The Mouseketeers from Club Mickey Mouse Malaysia plays this, it gets hard so that girl named Charis Ow sucks at racing at Sepang International Circuit. She just using Mark Webber's 2006 Williams FW28 and I don't know that Leona driving a random f1 car that poops.
I'm seriously, Leona have a freaking F1 game that hards in Malaysia rather than F1 2017 because she cannot afford that F1 game, so i'm being neutral of this show.

Could be worse in that you constantly wreck during practice and then never really get to set the car up to how you want it and then get punted into certain cars after they have lapped you while racing for super aguri racing after being their test driver. Even funnier is that I always start at the back then get into a huge accident on the very first lap either in or just before turn 1. I have some experience with being spun out with the rear wheel being ripped off by Alonso before

Did anyone else know about the awesome corner cut you could do on silverstone that would gain you 5 seconds and not get a penalty?

Ben if you struggle on the pad, try throttle/braking modulation using the second stick rather than buttons
Remembering those days when playing this game by using the X button for accelerating the car and used the square button for the brakes. And if you used both X and the square button it's gonna be a tyre lockup
Ben, there is no tyre wear during formation lap. You can lock up as many as you want to get the tires heated

The new F1 games really ruin these old ones when they get you to change your style to use the kerbs because you just can't do that in these older games. Back when I was playing this the kerbs never gave me a problem, but they certainly did when I came back to this after playing some of the more recent games!
