I think that the person who made that beautiful needlepoint would be so happy that you recognized its value.
I hope so!

The rose needlepoint & chair looks exactly like a chair my grandmother had. My grandmother Passed way in 1997 at the age of 101. She was a very gentle & caring Godly woman! Can’t wait to see her again when I get to heaven!
What wonderful memories and a great heritage!

Loved, loved this video! I have always adored old linens! Quilts are my favorite.
Yay!
I'm glad you enjoyed your visit, Miss Sharon!
The needlepoint is wonderful. Obviously the person doing it ran out of yarn or something happened and it didn’t get stretched. Hope that cutting it won’t let the needlepoint unravel. It is beautiful!!!
Good afternoon, Ms. Rachel! So excited to see your creative fabric ideas! How wonderful that you have collaborated with my other favorite channel, Sherry's "Canterbury Cottage." ❤, Bobbie. xo.
Good afternoon, Miss Bobbie!
Glad you enjoyed this team effort, Miss Sherry is a delight to work with!
Two of my favorite you tubers!!
Absolutely gorgeous
Thank you, Miss Tracey!
Love the newly covered chair pad.....BUT would never have done all the cutting, etc. while on your newly acquired used couch....the floor would've been better and less chance of a slip with the scissors or staplegun and we use the same polish BUT would definitely put a drop cloth under those legs while polishing with your light colored carpet underneath❤
Turned out great
Great ideas ❤️
Thank you, Miss Doris!
Sherry sent me! Hi.
Hello there, PrettyNickle!

Thank you, Miss Sherry!
I'm glad you found some inspiring ideas you can use!
Rachel, I just realized that I hadn't commented on (or even "liked") your video. 🥴 You gave some important decorating advice when you said you didn't know what you were going to do with the needlepoint, but you bought it because you liked/loved it. That's always a great reason!! The needlepoint is definitely a fitting piece for that chair.
Thanks, friend!
As always, I appreciate you taking the time to watch!
Love Cherie
I have seen your channel before and I'm joining because of Sherry recommended you.

Hello there, Miss Sharie!
I'm glad you enjoyed your visit and found it inspiring. Thanks for dropping by & have a gorgeous afternoon! 💐
Love the bedroom curtain pelment ( spelling). Looks very nice!!
Thank you!
I’ve enjoyed doing crewel, embroidery, cross-stitch, and hand quilting for over 50 years. I even have my grandmother’s embroidery. I’m hoping to frame some one day. Wonderful video, Sarah. One cross stitch project is on a child’s sweatshirt that I did in 1991. It continues to be passed from one grandchild to the next. Two more kiddos to go, and then I’ll definitely find a way to use it in my home.
Sorry, I meant RACHEL!
I do, and they are beautiful!!!

A hand-embroidered pair of pillow cases with crocheted trim were a wedding gift 50 years ago. Although the fabric is disintegrating, the edge is still OK. Thank you for the idea of using them to trim aprons.

Glad you enjoyed!
It's really amazing to find pieces like that ~ you just have to keep an eye out!
Love both you and Sherry! So many cute projects. Love the curtains. May I suggest that you swap the curtains so that the scallops face each other in the middle? Everything is wonderful.
Glad to have you here, Miss Laura!
Great minds think alike ~ after posting that project I did just that and the curtains look much more "finished". Thanks for dropping by today!
Lovely ideas! And I noticed you saved ALL the needlepoint when you trimmed the extra fabric from the bottom of the seat. Excellent! Might be used in the future fir another project. ❣️

New subscriber from Canterbury Cottage.. ❤️❤️❤️
Welcome to the stone Cottage Home, Miss Connie!
We're glad to have you join us!
Was watching Canterbury Cottage, she said watch your video. Very nice, Subscribed and hit the 🔔. The chair you redid, I thought, that harp looks familiar. Sure enough I have one setting in my office, but it was painted black, with thin gray, blue, white lines in the cushion material. I saw it in a Barn Antique Craft place. Loved the Harp and had to have. All your projects were so beautiful . Thank you 🌻
Miss Sherry is very kind to send you my way. Welcome to the Stone Cottage Home family, Miss Connie! We are glad you're here!
I am English and I must say this all looks so English.xxxx🐝🐝🐝🇬🇧

MiMi
Hi, Mi Mi!
Thanks for taking the time to watch, I'm glad you enjoyed it. These projects were fun to make and since making these, I've thought of more... Hope you're having a great day!
I love what you did with the chair. I made a pelmet with large foam board. I used blue and white toile fabric. It lasted a few years before I took it down
What a fabulous idea!
I hadn't thought of using the needlepoint on a headboard or a pellet. Thank you for stopping by and sharing!
I wish you would have shown how you attached the pelmet. I loved that !!!
Good afternoon, Miss Cathy!
For a more in-depth loo at how the pelmet was made and attached here's our video wit the full tutorial:ua-cam.com/video/cxhf54uE1TY/v-deo.html.
Enjoy and happy pelmet making!
I found you through Canterbury Cottage. I love your channel and have subscribed.
Welcome to the Stone Cottage Home family, Miss Brenda! We're glad to have you along!

Thank you! You too!
Hi Rachel🤗
This was lovely. I love the chairs- beautiful. I didn't use needlepoint but used fabric that I liked. (Refinished the chairs too) I like that big change doesn't always have to be complicated.
PS your hair braided off your face looked nice.
Look forward to see what's next.🙂 Take care
Thank you, glad you enjoyed your visit!
