You should try the active Autowerke equal lenght mid pipe non resonated. Then you will notice the beauty of it! Active Autowerke equal lenght mid pipe non resonated paired with REMUS SPORT EXAUST definitely game changer!
Yesssss! I need to get one. When I made this video the EL MP was on back order and I didn’t have the patience for it. My buddy F80 HO in Florida has the EL MP and it sounds incredible. I can’t imagine it paired with the Remus Sport exhaust! I’m sure it’s a game changer!
@@igormarques888 bom dia companheiro. Sim, simplesmente coloquei downpipes da Akrapovic em titânio. E depois tive de mandar vir os resonadores porque de facto fica mesmo muito agressivo. I recommend VRSF. The active autowerke is great but in my opinion it’s too expensive. Both give off really deep and aggressive sounds. The VRSF single midpipe is a very unique sound, it completely changes the car. I would go VRSF downpipes and midpipes and keep the stock muffler, trust me you won’t be disappointed. Make sure if you end up going with VRSF to use my links in the description of the video, it helps out the channel!
Are your VRSF downpipes catless? I currently have straight pipe stock midpipe with Catless VRSF downpipes and stock muffles and getting some rasp under 2k RPMs did that go away for you?
The way it sounds is it only the mid pipes no tune and everything is is stock? Stock downpipes stock muffler? Asking cause it sounds amazing and I’m thinking about only getting the mid pipes from vrsf
The set up is vrsf catless downpipes, midpipes, and an MHD tune. And it sounds SOOOOO GOOD. If you are considering it, I highly recommend it. I am actually making a whole video dedicated to my exhaust and burble setting soon. If you decide to get some midpipes, please use the link used down below on this video, it helps the channel out big time! Thanks for watching ☺️
Gotcha! Well I would recommend it, really made the car fee like a race car and made it sounds super mean. You’ll have to subscribe to the channel so you know what video to look back on when you buy them!
Question did you do a crank hub upgrade before the tune and install and if I'm still running stock and want this mid pipe what type of sound should I expect?
I tuned my car and got the crank hub replaced a week later. I have 2 videos that cover my input and install on the crank hub. As far as your stock car with midpipes, you will definitely open up the sound of the car, and notice louder exhaust note, but it won’t be as loud and crazy as mine since I am tuned and have catless downpipes. I’ve heard these midpipes are great even when stock
Sounds so good been looking at alot of set ups im guessing that an oem muffler but those tips stick out and ready for a diffuse what kind of tios are those?
It does! This is by far my favorite set up. It’s not worth spending over 2k on a fancy exhaust. Just doing downpipes and midpipes on stock muffler. And I’m rocking the ARM exhaust tips, they definitely helped out and will work well a rear diffuser. If you plan on getting some midpipes make sure to use the link in my video! Thanks for watching 😊
@@AutomotiveTherapy Ugh yes, exactly what I wanted to hear! I purhased them 2 days ago, just waiting on them to get delivered to the shop that I am going to get them installed at. I have VRSF intakes and Bootmod3 Stage 1 93 Octane tune as well. I currently have the GTS start up roar enabled on the tune. I am assuming I can now disable cat heating and if it get's too loud on start up still, disable the GTS start up roar as well. I love the sound but just don't want to annoy my neighbors on start up every morning. I had the crank hub capture plate installed and am contemplating on getting the full crank hub fix as well before going stage 2.
That’s great! Yes you’ll love the valve control function with adding the midpipes. You’ll have lots of options with tuning to keep it loud or quiet. But you’ll feel like a race car driver with the valves open that’s for sure! I’m excited for you, sounds like you got a great and similar set up as mine
Yes the fumes are more noticeable. With the Windows up you can’t smell it as much, but when you’re parked with the windows down you can get a decent amount in the car. It’s only really bad on cold starts. But you get used to it after awhile
I would say it’s safe for the most part. 98% of the fumes are still being pushed out of the rear tail pipes. You just smell more gas, not an extreme amount. I think it’s safe
It’s definitely nerve racking at first! But you’ll get the hang of it. I no longer own that M4 anymore but when I did I had saved up a big down payment and I worked hard in the mortgage industry to be able to pay for the cars
Now that’s a proper sounding M4! Loving the car so far
Thanks! It’s turning into a fun build that’s for sure!
One of the best sounding M4s 👌 on this planet! imo. Thanks for this vid! Catless DPs and this midpipe combo is mint!
Damn. I have primary decats on mine and getting the single mid pipe installed in 4 days , can’t wait 🏎
Just picked some up in your link :) so excited
Sweeeeet! You won’t regret them!
Sounds amazing! 🙌
You guys are the best shop out there!
Sounds so good! Thanks for posting. Did you say that you installed catless down pipes as well?
Thank you! And yes it’s running catless downpipes too
Time for some Pures, port injection, and Full E85. Get tuned by Cary, tell him Kevin says hi 💁♀️
Thank you for this. Was thinking about getting an M4 but the exhaust on the M4/M3 was pushing me away and was thinking about getting a 440i
M4 over a 440i any day. Rather have an M4 than a 440i + $30k cash
@@ballisticwaffle1512 that’s so cap lmao I have an m4 and I’m taking 440i and 30k

How long did the replacement take you?
Did you have to tune the ecu? For pops and bangs?
yes on MHD
Have you run into issues where the mid-pipe flexes and touch the body of the car making a grounding sound ?
Yes I have, you’ll need to make adjustments and add washers to different mounts to help hold it down better
