Hello everyone! Hope you all enjoy the video. Here's some Q&A for this video. 1. Question- Can I use Italian sausage? Answer- Yes you can. You can half the Italian sausage with the ground beef. 1 1/2 pounds of Italian sausage and 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. 3 pounds altogether. 2. Question- I don't eat pork, can I use ground chicken or ground turkey? Answer- Yes you can. 3. Question- Can I use other types of cheese like mexican, swiss, or Italian? Answer-Yes you can. The possibilities are endless. 4. Question- Do I have to use the food processor to grind the ground beef? Answer-No it is optional. If you do not have a food processor, just use a spatula to chop down the chunks of ground beef. 5. Question- Can I use dried, Basil, Oregano, Thyme and parsley instead of the fresh seasonings? Answer-Yes you can. 6. Question- Can I use a 13x9 inch pan for this recipe? Answer- It's possible but you must have a deep dish pan as the Lasagna will be tall. You will also have to cut at least 2 inches off of the length of the Lasagne sheets so they can fit into the pan.

Wow! Thanks! Everyone keeps asking me about the Ricotta but I never ate or cooked with Ricotta before. Back then we ate Lasagna with the American cheese on it. :)
This is the easiest clearest recipe out there I think. I don't know why most recipes start with meat sauce in the bottom of the pan, then a row of pasta and stuff, some adding so many layers it just turns out ooey gooey, sloppy, and a mess. This is clean, clear, and can easily accommodate a layer of ricotta mixture if desired. Looks like the Lasagna should look. 👍👍👍👍👍 as usual. 😁
