    I had bought this keyboard prior to watching this. It’s nice to get an endorsement for a good idea!

    Hi, how is it going with this Keyboard? Got mine yesterday. So far so good, but I am worried about this mini USB Connection which seems very flimsy. Thank you!

    Ok, it’s either this or the Akai Professional MPK Mini Plus 37-Ordering tomorrow afternoon..Gonna sleep on it tonight…Thoughts?

      Are you connecting this to an iPad? The iRig has a headphone port which is why I got this. If not, then the MPK has more features (but no headphone port)

      @@MattKeilMusic Yeah that’s the thing, huh? W the Akai I’d have to have a usb hub. Thanks again for the feedback

    Great video! Would you suggest this, or the iRig I/O 25 key for a portable setup?

      I just ordered this one. If you are a piano player get the 37 key. If your not, then the 25 key might be ok for creating simple lines. Just my two cents.

    Hi, when I record a midi track using my Roland fp10, connecting it via a midi cable, the midi track gets recorded in the logicpro for iPad, however since I am using the sustain pedal on my Roland, the midi track has either too much sustain or if I reduce the sustain it becomes too little. Why doesn’t record just the way I use the sustain pedal?

      You’re better off contacting Roland and Apple directly about this as I don’t know.
      Does it work normally when connected to a computer?

      @@MKMTGGrest video .. Torn between this and the irig IO 49

      @@WyattLite-n-innI have the IO25. It really depends on if you want full sized keys or not. The I/O has a built in audio interface but only one channel which isn’t great. I personally prefer the iRig keys 2 for portability, and convenience.

    will it power up with a battery pack?

    • @MKMTG
      @MKMTG  7 місяців тому

      Yes, but you’d then need to use the MIDI ports for connectivity instead.

      @@MKMTG thank you very much for your reply.At moment I use a midi host from hobbycraft for my controller and looking for a 37 key midi that I don,t need to plug into the wall or use a pc.I have a Roland mc101 battery powered sound module.If my power bank worked on this I could play anywhere,yippe.Again thanx v much.happy new year
