TL:DR It's Japanese Tasty channel not Asian world cooking. Take a chill pill people. I have been to many continents of the world (except Africa, mainland China and India.) One thing I can say for certain is that once you step out of your border. There's no longer any 'authentic' food. This come from many reasons like how long ingredients travel from the source, or how the chef make it. Let say your favorite Japanese food joint you love so much, that one probably alter the recipe to suit your country tastes. Same thing happens here. When I saw how they make it I just laugh. I'm Asian plus I work as a cook too, but when I try to cook abroad without the stuffs in my store this video probably came out better. It's a pain to find most of the ingredients you probably take 10 mins walk to get form the nearest supermarket. A vegetable that I can buy in bulk for just a dollar at home cost me 10 pounds in London or 5 dollars in San Francisco for just a few leaves. Some even illegal to import, so don't be narrow mind and said that some ingredients not the correct one. or that's not how you do things. Well if you need to pay 100$ just to practice a dish 5 times you probably won't be doing that often right? Let's look at the bright side. Your country is so cool that they want to make a food from there. Although it probably the last one. lol looking from how thing are around here.
@@akiowo1852 Nope! Still not padthai. It's like replacing rice with quinoa and still call it an onigiri. It's funny how Japanese think that they can put cillantro on everything and says it's Thai style.
Sorry guys but I live in Thailand and that is not Pad Thai (you have to have tofu in it and either chicken or prawns but not both...) Not that it really matters anyway :-)
It says "Which one is your choice? Asian noodle recipe 4 selection" Is that real noodle recipes from different (Japan, China, Korea, Thailand) country?
Mensoa Mro americanized version that was not pad thai , korea don't have bibimbap udon either. not sure about the china one never had it and the japan one was slightly correct .
Mensoa Mro yeah like what shirorin said, and the china dandan noodle one kinda reminds me of laksa I guess... the way they use coconut milk but I'm not sure either
The american tasty has a video like this about desserts and its the same concept. Everyone gets butthurt about not actually showing real dishes from the country, but instead are inventing dishes/recipes based off dishes from each country that already exist. I dint think tasty is here to give you recipes of dishes that already exist, theyre giving you new things and sharing different food combinations and ideas. If youre looking for recipes for traditional food made in different countries just google it because thats not what tasty is for.
I'm Chinese. And the second one is definitely not Chinese Dandan Noodles. Chinese don't put miso, sesame paste and soy milk in noodle soup... They are cooked in a Japanese Dandan Noodle style.
That is definitely not pad-thai or even close to any thai noodle recipe. Tasty I come to curious for other country recipe, you are really know or just mess around.
Omg everyone here have there feelings hurt because none of the recipes are “original” but if you want the original go to a different UA-cam channel that’ll make the original recipe or on google half the time you can’t really get the main ingredients in America’s because some of it is illegal and most of the time the tiniest ingredient cost almost 5 to 8 dollars for probably a tablespoon so give them credit unless you want to be flying country to country trying to get ingredients and then probably get a report on you by authorities trying to bring in ingredients that are not supposed to be on the country in the first place plus tasty is about making new things and some traditional foods but it’s mostly about making something new for you to enjoy
there is no bibimbap udon in korea. terrible... I've never seen such a food. bibimbap + udon?? That's new recipe. For your information, Kimchi is not in bibimbap.
Shirorin yes but still they should have chosen pho since it's an Asian stable noodle dish, I'm not saying that the others aren't but you just can forget pho when speaking of Asian dishes.
Khánh Trương its not really a unique dish every asian country have their own twin on noodles thais have something similar to pho and its 10 times better imo
Shirorin well i cant say anything about that since it depends on one's personal preference. But as an Vietnamese with little pride for our nation's food, i'm just hoping that they would chose it since it's quite popular too, but i guess it all base on personal preferences after all. Please don't take my comment as something offensive, it's just the pride for my country went a little wild 😂

China and India are not continents lol
Then don't claim the names. I don't use fish and chip, get rid of the potato, replace it with rice, and claim that I'm making sushi.
But you can skip the cillantro in pad thai. Plus, there are leek and chives in Japan, why cillantro!!
I don't know why I watch this before bed and without the ingredients.
very original comment. never read that one before
Same here too
Same here...
Im never gonna make any of these, I'll just watch this and get hungry...
Yeah me too. Samee
This is not Pad Thai🇹🇭
punnisa boosawat its american version i hate how they make up their own reciepe and do the original name
That why they call it one pot pad thai
Nor is it one pot...

I love it very much😍😍😍😍😍
tasty is my addiction
korean : 😰😨bibim.... udon...? with porched egg?...?
If u go to indonesia you'll see a lot of delicious noodles...
Trust me it tastes more delicious than any noodles I've ever tasted
The best taste, try sambel orek and salty fish combine with the hot rice,
It made me hungry and crave for noodles 😅😅😅😅😅
When I think of Korean noodles. I think about japchae, not about that bimbim udon {because bap is rice} but still that's a nice recipe
I'm korean but I don't see bibimbap udon
신성현 is it not the 3rd recipe?
meachamz Maybe they meant they don't see this dish in South Korea?
Bap is rice , so no point in calling it bibimbap udon
I'm craving fish cakes right now

Just casually watching this while eating instant ramen with sriracha, black pepper, soy sauce, butter, and red chili pepper flakes ._.

In Thailand we have never seen that Pad Thai. Not at all.

한국에는 비빔우동...없읍니다... 대체 어디서 나온 메뉴지;
