They never addressed the issue of him not being able to fit balls in a window so when we actually needed him again his issues were back. He's just not that good. @Dave-hb7lx they filled that stadium when they only won 4 or 5 games a season back in the 70s and 80s. Filling seats will never be a problem for Green Bay.

We have multiple rbs, just cause the team solely uses Jacobs is not his fault. Look at the coaching staff for solely using Jacobs. Besides that’s the reason he was bought into greenbay, to be a workhorse that can stay healthy. You use Jacobs to get into short yard downs and set up play action. We were just a run first team this year and this is what a run first team looks like
@brandon54 we do have other running backs, and Emmanuel Wilson is capable, but he's not nearly as talented as Jacobs. Without Jacobs we wouldn't have been as run heavy and who knows how things would have changed
@CrowBarCole7 That’s true but it’s also not common to have 2 top tier rbs. Wilson doesn’t need to be the same caliber, he is supposed to be just capable and play some snaps when Jacobs isn’t in. His role isn’t to be as good as Jacobs. Without Jacobs, we would not have been that run heavy which is the exact reason we went and got someone of his caliber. I’m kinda confused what the point is here. Is the argument that we shouldn’t be run heavy or that Jacobs wasn’t a good addition or something?
@ No argument Jacobs is a great addition to the team. What I'm saying is with the addition of a No.1 receiver, maybe we wouldn't have relied so heavily on the run game. That was never the teams objective going into 2024, to be a "run heavy" offense, and if the receiver squad ain't pulling their weight, any team would fall back on their strengths (insert Jacobs). We were forced to be run heavy due to the lack of receiver efficiency, and the presence of a notable/veteran receiver could have really rounded out this offense. NOT saying they are bad WR's, just young and less experienced. And as far as RB's go @dudelove69, when i say "only one RB", I'm implying that they only have one guy they relied on to pretty much carry them through most of the season. 145 carries split between three other RB's is really nothing compared to 301 carries from one guy, so yeah, one RB. Did you not watch this 2024 season?
The way Gute spoke about "urgency" to win now is encouraging, especially after so many years with the lack of cap space to sign sigbuficant free agents, and now having that flexibility. DE, CB, likely WR and depth at o-line are all targets. Bringing in a new D-line coach is also encouraging (why keep an OLB coach holdover from Jo Berry's staff in that position anyways?)
It's not that we need just one guy. We do need a reciever that defenses fear and put double coverage on him and open up the field for the other talented recievers we already have.
Bro you sound crazy and so does the GM. I’m a Die hard 🧀 head! And Clearly bringing back Devante Adams with another season under Loves belt. Even though he didn’t perform as he should we still have to consider the injuries. That connection should be brought back. Clearly when Devante Adams is on the field he’s a big time threat
The pack have a lot of options in the off season. There aren’t too many good receivers in free agency aside from Higgins.. I really wanted the pack to draft Higgins a few years back but they drafted Love instead. He’s too expensive for the Pack. The Pack have a good receiving corps but they are mostly all finesse route runners. The Pack should add some diversity and get a more physical receiver with the potential to be a #1 receiver. There will be several options in the first three rounds of the next draft. With watson having a major injury going into his a contract year, it’s very likely the Pack draft another receiver with big upside.
I agree with a free agent WR in mid to late 20s that is at height of his game. I am not as excited about Love’s growth; maybe he and MLF need to get together on this, the play calling and psychological aspect of his play. We played awful the last 3 games and there are some glaring concerns.
Watson does create a need at WR. ACL at the end of the year means he’s not playing anytime soon. Adams had drop problems his first two years so I’m willing to give these young guys a chance to grow. Corner and pass rush are huge problems, and if we lose Hafley it’ll be terrible. I think LaFleur needs to balance his play calling a little more, he turtled up and went into safe mode when everyone wouldn’t stop talking about Love’s interceptions. Consequently 2 of the three against the eagles were timing routes where he made the right read but a guy fell down and a guy ran a wrong route. Plenty to clean up but no reason to panic
Watson is expected to have a “quick” recovery from his surgery. They were afraid he had done some significant damage but it turns out to be just a “clean” injury. He’s doing prepping strengthening before surgery, which is the new standard. Makes recovery go faster.

This so called talented young receivers group lead the league in drops. Does Love need to get better, sure. But drive killing penalties and just stupid penalties aren't on him. Remember 18 other teams and their Fans were home watching. The future is bright and promising
We need to solve the right guard situation. Sean Rhyan needs to be replaced. Trey Smith from Kansas City will be available, especially after they gave fellow interior lineman, Creed Humphrey, a huge extension this past off-season. I hope that we go after him. It also didn't help that this past year Dontavyon Wicks regressed in Year 2. Our receiving corps had the 2nd most drops in the league with 29...only the Browns had more with 31. Both Wicks and Jayden Reed each had 9 a piece, tied for 3rd in the league. I don't know for sure if the talk about a true #1 receiver being on this roster or not, but 18 drops between 2 players alone is not acceptable regardless of who we have.
This is a young team that went through some growing pains, Throw in injuries and developing chemistry between Love and the rest of the team. Despite all that, they made the playoffs. The team is just getting some traction and will be better as all these issues dissipate. Would love to see them go after Garret Wilson.
We need a reliable receiver that doesn’t demand the ball WR 1……DA is reliable and doesn’t demand the ball, HIGGINS is younger but wants to be the number 1 guy idk how he will fit …..and we need a couple of rushers to help our secondary if we let JA go
I think the Packers should draft tyquan Thornton the guy is faster than Christian and Bo Melton he is the closest receiver to Xavier worthy speed. His official was 4.28 Christian was 4.36 in Melton was 4.34. tyquan first run was 4.21 the fastest speed in the 40-yard dash ever right next to Xavier worthy. I think picking up Tyquan will give us some scary speed deep down field. Having him will be speed the Packers have never had before. He's been on a terrible team his whole NFL years that's why he didn't get that many snaps and receptions if he's on a good team like the Packers he will show up and he seems to be a strong guy too.
He made it clear he doesnt wanna play for the packers anymore. There is zero chance hes a packer next season. Hopefully they can trade him for a #1 wr or pass rusher, depending who might be available in the draft at those positions
Context at 3:40 🎉 The problem is Brian Gutekunst already did that in Rogers last season with a 28 year old Sammy Watkins. Yes the salary cap played a huge factor in who we could get, but the packers historically have never gone out for an in their prime star wideout in free agency. It's the same story over and over again of this team being 1 WR away.
Packers love wasting our time by not spoiling their qb and making the best situation for them. Look at teams like the Chiefs and Bradys Buccaneers. They put them in the best situations by loading the team around them. The Packers wasted Aaron Rodgers and Brett Favres career by making them carry the team.
The free agent pool is dry now. The best options are players like Chase Claypool, Odell Beckham Jr. and Willie Sneed. Chase Claypool has some familiarity with the scheme, since he played for Luke Getsy on the Chicago Bears and Mike McDaniel on the Miami Dolphins, playcallers who run a similar offensive structure. As free agents, these players could be added to the practice squad. Go Pack Go 💚💚💛💛
Gutenkunst isn't serious about winning a Superbowl man if I'm being honest. He only cares about being good and not great. I'll believe it when I see it. The WRs are too inconsistent, he needs to upgrade that room.
A stud pass rusher.. will change everything. Getting the ball back more often increases the chance to score. The chiefs play chiefs football. Chiefs don't play other teams football.
Chiefs are Cheaters and why don’t they play more games away from their stadium???? Easy answer they can’t win unless the NFL fix it and the zebras! They know they wouldn’t be able to win outside of the cheaters dome! FACTS 💯💯💯💯

1. Don’t agree with the #9 hype, fast, not great hands. 2. Our current receivers don’t necessarily have a talent problem but like the team they do have a toughness problem. 3. Love is a C, full year 2 was worse than full year 1, which is alarming, he either improves dramatically year 3 or we have to admit he will never be more than average. 4. Matt Lafleur without a super star at QB is no better than average, he is the 3rd best coach in the division, and 3rd place is where we will be…..do you really think he beats the Lions and Dan Campbell……ever? NO!
Wake me up when Lafluer is fired! Pack won’t win a thing with his soft azz! He is maybe an avg play caller……and a below avg head coach. Pack always takes too long in letting go their dead wood!
save the money from Adams and resign the free agents we have like kicker and punter , defensive linemen , if hafley leaves to be head coach we could use Saleh to replace him since he his a defensive minded coach , Jordan love is overrated all because of last year , he got his big contract and money , trade alexander with mosby for max crosby
We have a lot of cap space, we can sign Adams and the kicker and punter. Kicker and punter are not expensive positions. Raiders would probably want more for Crosby too.
@@brandon54 wouldn't sign Adams because it would cost us 35 to 40 million for one year the end of his contract that's why , would look at other possibilities before committing that much to one player that hasn't done really anything since he left , love's problem is instead of taking what defense gives him he wants the big play
@@toddknoll199 Yeah I get it with Adams. I think Love looks for the big play but there is sometimes nothing there. MLF playcalling wasn’t the best and didn’t really help the offense. Some plays had every guy running 30 yards down the field.

Trust me, moves are going to come. Learn the language of these people, and it will come together for you when you evaluate what they say when they speak!
Never t about that but makes sense !!!
Got any good news?
This so called talented young receivers group lead the league in drops. Does Love need to get better, sure. But drive killing penalties and just stupid penalties aren't on him. Remember 18 other teams and their Fans were home watching. The future is bright and promising
Look what happened to AJ brown….shutdown
29 is the same sh*t as 32. 32 is very young. Now you tell me 40 year old receiver or close to that, then yeh
Go get max Crosby 💪
Jerry Jones giving Gutekunste GM advise?
He needs receivers that don't lead the NFL in dropped passes, like this season.
He should be FA priority #1 I
We need to solve the right guard situation.
Wilson way before adams... but i dont think the jets would trade wilson
Something is telling me that he isnt gonna do anything in free agency
Gute masterclass has something brewing
We need a reliable receiver that doesn’t demand the ball WR 1……DA is reliable and doesn’t demand the ball, HIGGINS is younger but wants to be the number 1 guy idk how he will fit …..and we need a couple of rushers to help our secondary if we let JA go
Yah ay least get wr that aren't constantly dropping the damn ball or at least a physical wr that can take being hit a little bit
We’ll move on from Jaire Alexander as we did with Aaron Jones the prior season largely due to the lack of availability…
He made it clear he doesnt wanna play for the packers anymore. There is zero chance hes a packer next season. Hopefully they can trade him for a #1 wr or pass rusher, depending who might be available in the draft at those positions
Context at 3:40 🎉
The problem is Brian Gutekunst already did that in Rogers last season with a 28 year old Sammy Watkins. Yes the salary cap played a huge factor in who we could get, but the packers historically have never gone out for an in their prime star wideout in free agency. It's the same story over and over again of this team being 1 WR away.
Sammy WHO , he was garbage !!
ya teams like the way the packers pass the ball around just ask zack baun
Packers love wasting our time by not spoiling their qb and making the best situation for them. Look at teams like the Chiefs and Bradys Buccaneers. They put them in the best situations by loading the team around them. The Packers wasted Aaron Rodgers and Brett Favres career by making them carry the team.
The only reason Mahomes and Brady won those SBs is bcos the zebras and the NFL period!!!!!! Neither is a great QB!!!!
Jordan love is not the answer start malik Willis should start
💯💯💯💯💯🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Long winded nothingness.
Go Pack Go 💚💚💛💛
All of those guys are shit. We dont want any of them.
This is better good job bud
Till they get a good.HC or OC they are not going anywhere. LeFluer sucks
Throw in the Dolt GM, as well
We need a new GM
It all starts with the owner. We need this , we need that, well sir it start with you going out and shop for talent and draft top players
Packers have millions of owners. Are u new to packer football??
Is it true that Matt lafleur went to Dallas
Never
This is why Brian Gutekunst needs to be released and the packers will continue to not go deep into the playoofs.
Gutenkunst isn't serious about winning a Superbowl man if I'm being honest. He only cares about being good and not great. I'll believe it when I see it. The WRs are too inconsistent, he needs to upgrade that room.
Our problem is the slot and inconsistent pass rush Nixon is trash. Stokes played decent. Valentine young inconsistent. We need a slot CB
Please cut Nixon sick of the costly penalty and the bone head decision he makes
A stud pass rusher.. will change everything. Getting the ball back more often increases the chance to score. The chiefs play chiefs football. Chiefs don't play other teams football.
Chiefs are Cheaters and why don’t they play more games away from their stadium???? Easy answer they can’t win unless the NFL fix it and the zebras! They know they wouldn’t be able to win outside of the cheaters dome! FACTS 💯💯💯💯
j. love isn't the problem. get a off. line that can protect the q.b. better; just look at a. rogers at jets. you can have the best q.b. in the n.f.l., but if you can't protect...your toast.
Our receivers suck they dropped the ball this year to many times oh well that's what I figured Packers don't want to win a Superbowl
Excited about Loves growth? STOP!!!!! He was the 4th best QB in our division…..
Luke is way better than basaraski, the fake Packers fan who makes us look bad in Philly by provoking their fans for content!
You got evidence of that or are you just an eagles fan? Lets be honest, the opposing teams general presence is enough to provoke an eagles fan.
@@brandon54 I'm a real actual Packers fan unlike basaraski
NO!
I don’t know why I continue to comment or even subscribe to a channel that obviously does not want my input or my following?
Yes they will beat the Loins
All the recivers are not doing good at all can't even catch the ball
Wake me up when Lafluer is fired! Pack won’t win a thing with his soft azz! He is maybe an avg play caller……and a below avg head coach. Pack always takes too long in letting go their dead wood!
save the money from Adams and resign the free agents we have like kicker and punter , defensive linemen , if hafley leaves to be head coach we could use Saleh to replace him since he his a defensive minded coach , Jordan love is overrated all because of last year , he got his big contract and money , trade alexander with mosby for max crosby
Why moseby? I love his game... how bout van ness instead?
We have a lot of cap space, we can sign Adams and the kicker and punter. Kicker and punter are not expensive positions. Raiders would probably want more for Crosby too.
@brandon54 38 mill for adams last i heard. Fuck no to that contract
Gute sucks---he's gone in 2 yrs
is Michael Wilson a free agent ? he would fit perfect
Not trying to be negative. But I believe next year is probably going to be Jordan loves make or break year!
