The pin tuck foot is a special foot that has grooves on the bottom that guide your fabric and create even and consistent pin tucks. Pin tucks are small folds of fabric that are stitched in place. They can be used to create decorative effects on garments, home decor, quilts, and more. In this video, I will show you how to attach the pin tuck foot to your machine, how to adjust the settings, how to prepare your fabric, and how to sew pin tucks. I hope you will enjoy this video and find it helpful. If you do, please give it a thumbs up and leave me a comment below. I would love to hear from you. over one year didn't know how to use it i have seen so many videos but guided me to the right direction the manual book so thank you best wishes from Cairo Egypt 🇪🇬
Awesome video! The best I've found on how to create pintuck. I watched 3 other videos and they left me feeling frustrated. You talk at a perfect pace and cover each step beautifully. Thanks so much for creating this great video tutorial. ☺
You're a mine of information Cassie! Thank you so much for this. I'm doing a Heirloom Quilt and one of the blocks has pin tucks, this method makes it so much easier. Thank you. x
You are going to have so much fun with this foot, Lorraine. I can't wait to start adding pin tucks to some new projects I have in mind. Just remember to mark that first line so it can be straight. I recommend using an iron for this. Then just go slow and steady. Also I noticed people have used different thread colour to create a different effect. It looks awesome so have fun playing.
Love my machine and your videos on how to use feet. Unfortunately shops do not get as technical when you buy machine. They only cover threading and other simple things
Hi Cassie, on your PinbTuck video, you have set thread y e nsion to maximum -9. 0 mm. And 2.5, 3.5. But, couldn't get, which is for width & length tespectively. Also, I want know, how does this 5grooves Pin tuck foot & 7 grooves Pin Tuck foot helps. I am sorry, If I have asked this question repeatedlt. Pease don't mind. :)

Thank you so much for this helpful video. Do we need to adjust the tension of the bobbin thread?
sorry I missed your comment and no I never adjust the tension of the bobbin

I never changed the tension I thing it must have been the width.
Oh, I see. Thank you.. Then, my guess is 2.5mm must be for length, & 3.5mm must be for width. Right? 😊
I meant, how are you?... 😊
very well thank you
Have you used 4.0 mm Twin Needle?? 😊
I have used a twin needle not so sure what the distance was
Thank you. I don't take advantage of the babylock feet
You should try out all the feet, each one helps you get your tasks done so much more efficiently. Cassie
No one speaks about bobbin .
What do you need to know?
