I think a significant portion of non category draws (cec) admits stem professionals because they often have high crs points! So a lot of ita would count towards that 25% for STEM. There might be some French, healthacare people too in 500+ range captured in cec draw. This you implied around 26:56 It also explains why stem draw hasn't been conducted

What is Letter of employment in express entry invitation if I am claiming points for LMIA not for current employer. There are other fields like job offer and employment records. I feel confused with Letter of employment and do not know what to upload here.
I m physiotherapist in India. Have employment history in India prior to 10 yrs, but last 10 yrs is self employed, running own physiotherapy clinic in india. Will this experience count for EE. Does healthcare draw require canadian license in physiotherapy first?

Because the whole point of having a lot of francophones immigrate is for them to settle outside of Québec so the other provinces will become more bilingual
