there was over 100 seconds in the bills game along with 2 TO's for KC when the bills missed the FG. mahomes would have easily drove down the field.

Also the only reason that game was close was because Hardman fumbled into the end zone.

Flowers fumbled because KC’s defense made a play. Purdy didn’t convert because Jones made a play. The team made plays when it counted. Bass missed the field goal…if he’d made it, nobody in the world doesn’t think KC goes down and kicks the game winner with a minute forty on the clock.

I'm a Chiefs fan but it still takes alot of good fortune and things to bounce the right way for you to win the SB; even if you are the best team. Even the last 2 years; 6 out of the Chiefs 7 playoff wins came down to one play. If just one play goes the wrong way they would have been out. A 3 hour game goes by really quickly and almost anything can happen.....a couple of turnovers; a key holding call, and you're out......but the Chiefs will definitely be in the mix.
Baring serious injury this may be the Chiefs easiest path to a SuperBowl Win. After the weasel runs out of 'ifs' he should go home and get his shine-box.

@@KogaNobuyoshi I'm not a chiefs fan, at all. But they've had the easiest SB wins for a while now. There's nobody in the NFL that's anywhere close to them. Media tries to create some rivalry (with Bengals, Bills, Ravens, etc) but none of those teams are good this year, except Ravens who always lose to Chiefs. In the Brady and Montana eras there was a lot of tough teams, and tough defenses so it wasn't easy to threepeat. Now it's just Chiefs and everyone else. They got best coach, QB, TE, and a top defense and o-line. Everyone else just stumbles on their own feet. I wish it was more competitive, but it's not close.

Bills fan here, the only reason I see to doubt the Chiefs is history, that SuperBowl teams rarely keep it together. Too many variables beyond control have to line up perfectly, with injuries, players peaking, opponents' injuries, free agency, contracts, etc.
Let's just hope that the new hipdrop rule won't entirely fk everything up for a good competitive sport
To be fair the chiefs team went into mini rebuild mode in 2022 and win back to back sb’s. They are one of the youngest rosters in the nfl
The Chiefs traded an all time great WR and have since won back to back with the youngest defense in the league and one of the youngest rosters. They have the best GM and front office in the league. Every year there roster changes and they keep winning

Odds are the Chiefs will not win the Superbowl, it's a long year. Teams will give them their best, the other teams might feel beating the Chiefs will be their Superbowl. So many things go into winning a game. Each game generally comes down to a play here or there that determines the outcome.

So it’s the Niners Defense fault that there were no holding penalties called in the SUPERBOWL. A game America was watching… Kind of hard to say the refs were being true neutral like they’re supposed to be… I’m sure any team can win with those standards. It felt more like a popularity contest especially when the cameras focused more on T-swift than the game. I get it, T-swift is gonna boost ratings and create more money for you business wise and it was incredible for business but it hurts the game overall. Just like focusing on safety over the actual game of playing. It’s closer to watching a soap opera then actual football. The integrity of the game is compromised… where it comes down to a team doing something amazing that isn’t influence by ratings. Basically it’s supposed to be: let them play.
