Hi bro Typhoid fever can be caught by shaking hands with people that used toilet without washing hands properly or eating contaminated food handled or passed on from another person someway. Glad it is just malaria and you know how to treat it thanks to your medical services on self. You may still need IV or injections. Doctors care more about patients than themselves. Make sure check wound I once got staphylococcus from finger injury and wearing an infected person glove and also once by just scratching a small bump on leg. Hospitals are the worst place I heard for getting this and hygiene is very important.

Get some rest bro. You should try to open a clinic and have mobile unit. You can sell herbal products etc. and offer your medical services. They do this USA. Build it and get other young doctors and professionals to join you once yo have built clinic and rent out space to others like yourself. Your services are needed in and around that area. You are learning how to promote your business. Listen to the advice Marwa gave you in earlier video you had with him. That advice is spot on.. you can have a service no one else is offering. All your videos should end with medical advice.

Praying for you to heal quickly. Please travel with bottle water and yse it frequently to wash tour hands and fruits you eat wherever you go. Cant trust water others give u at various places to wash your hands before u eat.
