Trust me, it takes a lot of internal strength to report a rape. I managed to do it, but even then (because counseling wasn’t offered to rape victims back in the 1980’s), it was so traumatizing to testify. Forty years later I was asked to testify against my rapist again when CA found out he had murdered a woman who he’d had raped one year before me. No one knows how damaging a rape can be, only the victim knows that.

I believe her so many women go through this. People and police say you need evidence what evidnece they not filming a PH video. I am a male and would neve dream of doing this and people who do it deserve life in prison. My mother got r*ped and the police there was no evidence of it. It is a still on going case. My mother would never lie about stuff like that. She has really bad depression over it. When I heard that man who did it. he is lucky I havent had him because my mother said im not aloud too. I have to support her in this case. My mother got depression now. I hope she wins the case but I doubt it. Im from UK and the police around are stupid.
