- Donald Trump mocked writer E. Jean Carroll during his CNN town hall. Carroll won a $5 million judgment against him for defamation and sexual assault in a civil rape trial. She's calling Trump's mockery “just stupid, it’s just disgusting, vile, foul, it wounds people.” Her lawyer says they're considering suing Trump for defamation again. It comes as CNN is under fire for allegedly choosing a pro-Trump audience for the town hall.
