My son takes the ranitidine. They said that they’re taking the over the counter down but they’re not recalling my sons. I’m so confused. I was also told that it’s in a pill form and higher dose that’s recalled. The pediatrician was clueless. Either way I’m not giving him medicine until further notice.
Drive through pharmacy's are LIFE!! So much more convenient and you don't expose everyone in the store and spread more germs. And no waking up our kiddos 💕👍🏻

First off, it’s so nice hearing another mom say no sleepovers! My oldest is 8 and hasn’t done one yet unless it’s my friends with kids who will stay over together as a family. I’m sort of the odd one out with no sleepovers yet. Also, no shoes in the house and changing clothes has really helped my kids alongside lots of hand washing! Good luck!
Had my baby on zantac but had to take her off since new study came out about zantac and cancer. Thought you might want to know. 💞

Hey Tara, I’m not sure what photography business does your kids school pictures, but if it’s Lifetouch you can call them and go into their office to get Bailey’s picture done! I used to work for them and we did that sometimes for kids who were away during picture day and retake day! Hope she’s feeling better 💕

I had a hysterical laughing fit at the part where Shay refused to wash her hands, Grayson waiting for his turn and a dog wanting to go out. I can relate so well. You need to be thousand people at the same time but it’s just you alone dealing with everything. I’m so tired today and feel like my head is exploding from all the things that need doing and from the demands to do them. These videos actually keep me sane, they are my escape. It helps to see I’m not the only one dealing with kids and stuff. It’s sort of therapy, if that makes sense. So keep making these videos, Tara 😊
Just a tip for helping with the germs that get passed at school.
Bath the girls when they come from school or wipe them down well and change their clothes.

Have you ever tried a Moby wrap? It keeps the baby on you without all the buckles and straps of a regular carrier and you get to have your hands free to do what needs to be done.

I agree with the sleepovers. Growing up I was friends with a girl and we had sleepovers at her house. Her parents seemed normal and so nice. Eventually she came forward and told the police her dad was sexually abusing her for years. My parents never let me sleep over anywhere again.
I won’t let my kids have sleep overs as well because who knows what will happen? Especially in this culture girls always get the worst of it.
totally agree. when i was little i was so mad that my mom didn’t let me go to a friends sleepover/bday party and come to find out the girls dad took a girl into the garage that night and sexually assaulted her. it wasn’t until i was older that i really understood and thanked my mom for being so cautious!

Hey Tara! I absolutely love you and your family! About the sleepover, I was allowed to have sleepovers when I was younger and I loved it so much. No judging at all but as long as it’s supervised, I think it could be really fun for her and help her build her friendship bonds closer!💛
Preslea Mabe It’s more about the dangers of something happening to her daughter. We never truly know another individual and their intentions. I’d never EVER let my daughter spend the night anywhere but certain family because I don’t know the men of that household (or women). Especially when there are siblings with teenage boys and teenage boys friends.. just absolutely no.

Tara I think you’re doing everything you possibly can to keep them healthy sometimes kids just get sick! Praying they feel better! I also think most people don’t have a camera that shows everything so it’s easy for us to pick apart everything! ❤️💕❤️
I hope Bailey feels better soon. I am a Mom of 2 boys. Washing hands and changing clothes after they come from school can prevent the spread of virus causing colds and flu. Shoes are removed and changed to indoor slippers or shoes, too.
Just a suggestion but please number your vlogs or pick a different title. Sometimes I like to reference back if you recommended something or had a coupon code but the videos are all named the same thing! 3 kids and a puppy lol

Hey Tara! For the dairy while sick issue... they make really good dairy free yogurt, we love either coconut milk or almond milk yogurt. You could also make them chia seed pudding. It’s just chia seeds soaked in coconut milk with vanilla, honey or stevia. Then you top it with fruit or dairy free yogurt. You can also blend the chia, a banana, vanilla, dairy free milk then let it set for an hour and top!! It’s delish

Thanks for your continuing to keep in touch with your subscribers with vlogs despite having your hands more than full with 3 kids & a puppy. Baylee is so sweet, she reminds me of my daughter (now grown up with children of her own) at that age. I agree with a few who recommended using drive through pharmacy if available. We don't have this in Australia but should - a great idea for parents with sleeping or upset children, plus would help reduce spread of viruses etc
I think a sleepover at her age would do her good. Bc i can attest, you are correct---NOTHING good happens at sleepovers in the teen years lol!! It wouldnt have to be anything big, just a friend or 2 and some coloring stuff, pizza, and dress-up. =) But of course you are the mom!!

Another thing to think about. I’m not a doctor, but when I was little I had an AWFUL cough every season change mostly fall and winter. I had asthma and I grew out of it, but until middle school I always had coughing fits and I had a steroid inhaler. If it is recurrent could be asthma just an idea. Also, the steroid inhaler would make me HYPER. My mom hated it bc I was act out for a few days as I adjust to it.
Makenzie Nolt my son is the same. He’s almost 5. We haven’t, thankfully, had to use the inhaler in about a week or so, only when he has basketball. His father has asthma and I had it as a kid but I grew out of it.

When my son is sick he doesn’t wanna eat anything, or hardly anything so I let him eat what he will eat so at least he gets some sort of calories in. Don’t stress over her wanting cheese and yogurt. Nothing wrong with that. At least she is eating something! :-)

For a cough we drink a tea made from a bay leaf, also mediterranean countries drinks any kind of tea with lemon and honey in it, also tea from a marshmallow its great.
The water extract of marshmallow overlays the mucous membrane thus decreasing irritation , reducing pain and preventing infection. Try something of it, it is a life saver. In our country it is a common thing

Just a tip for Shay,, if you give her a choice she may be more willing to do things. If you say, Shay would you rather me wash your hands or you wash your hands? She seems to want to control the situation. Giving her 2 choices that you find acceptable will make her feel like it’s her choice, but actually she’s doing what you want her to do.

Dairy is only a bad idea with upset stomach bugs. It has no effect otherwise. Also, that mirror is adjustable.. you just have to move the strap. those modes are sleepy music and awake music.

When my son started kindergarten I swear he was sick for half the year! It was horrible! Everyone told me don't worry it will get better as his immune system gets stronger. He is now in 3rd grade and thankfully he doesn't get as sick. Things will get better! 😊
You should try the chicken noodle soup recipe on the back of Reames noodles. Their in the frozen food section and everyone in my house LOVES it.. and you know how hard it is to please a house full of kiddos!

It’s a huge pain but getting sick is actually very important for physical development of the immune system. My son was sick for 75% of his life his first year of daycare. Now he is bomb proof. It won’t be like this every year!
