    Hey! Thanks for the video. Would you suggest using the flash every time you take photos? Or only indoors? When I used a disposable camera this summer, some of my outdoor ones were dark so I’m wondering if this one will be the same way.

    • @8storeytree

      it really depends on the situation. outdoor/sunny/not under shelter shdn't be dark. it's really more of getting used to knowing the conditions and when to use flash. U may also try higher ISO films.

    So if I understand this correctly, I have to manually advance the film after each shot, and the red LED is an indicator, that the camera is ready to take a photo?

    • @8storeytree

      yes. u'd have to wind after every shot. no, the light is a flash ready indicator. if u're not using the flash, it won't light up.

    • @8storeytree

      The film in the canister is probably loose, therefore, rewind knob not turning much in the initial advances. It shd be fine if the shutter button can be triggered. More to understand what I meant by loose film in the canister. ua-cam.com/users/shortsahm-Y3XcvKY?feature=share

    I just bought a camera and I'm using the first film roll. May I ask if it's normal that when I turn the advance lever, I still feel tension but the rewind knob doesn't turn as much? Sometimes it doesn't turn at all, but the film counter still increases. Is this okay? Thank you so much

    • @8storeytree
      @8storeytree  Рік тому

      as long as you can advance to the next frame it shd be fine. sometimes, the negative in the canister is loose, therefore the rewind knob doesnt turn with it until after a few frames. alternatively, u can tighten the film by turning the rewind knob slightly, then advance, it shd move.

  • @playground2173
    @playground2173 Рік тому

    Hey some questions:
    My counter sets back to s after every picture, does it still take pictures?
    The rewind knob does only turn slightly and if already taken a few pictures and it doesn’t start to turn more. Does that have an effect?
    The rewind knob ist also pretty loose, it wiggles at the slightest touch, does that have any consequences on the film?
    Would be great if you could help out.

      if ure able to advance to the next frame, it shd be fine. the film may be loose in the film canister, therefore the rewind knob is loose. a couple more turns, it shd tighten.
