Juliet Prowse was an amazing talent. She was a highly disciplined artist and she loved to perform. I was fortunate to play solo cello in a show with her at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle. She sang and danced and it was glorious watching her on stage. She owned it. We had a phenomenal pianist in the band, Peter Lederer, who was a Holocaust survivor and one of the most talented musicians I ever worked with. At the first rehearsal Peter played a stunning, improvised introduction for Juliet. She stopped dead in her tracks, walked to the edge of the stage and peered into the pit. She saw Peter and said admiringly, "Oh, it's you. Of course." She paid him a high compliment that day, apparently having worked with him previously. We worked hard during the rehearsal and Juliet was focused intensely on the work - always gracious with her fellow musicians. She was a real lady and devoted artist - a total pleasure to accompany. Of course, the audience loved her and gave her a standing ovation at the end.

She had a unique style she was like a feather with beautiful legs! I have never seen a dancer like Juliet! Love it!
The male dancer in blue doing all her lifts is Martin Gavin originally from Chicago he inspired me to go into realestate after dancing.
She was the best dancer ever!RIP
omg -- this is nearly a circus act -- those knee slides look excruciating
