I have a Breville 800XL which is probably an earlier version. I've had it maybe five years and it still works flawlessly. I also have one of their great Expresso machines and a Breville Smart Grille. I've had the Espresso machine for maybe ten years, and again, still works beautifully. I would recommend any of the high-end Breville kitchen appliances, even though they can be a little pricey, but are more than worth it because they will far outlive cheaper devices that you would have to buy over and over, and do a better job as well!
If want to use your large pot with the lid, turn you rack over to lower it another 3/4 inch and then remove the lid's knob. Use a hand-glove to remove and add the lid as needed.
Hello, thank you for sharing I will be purchasing the Breille. Also, I like the five burners on the large oven as well. Do you mind sharing the make and model of your stove?
I have the same oven and I love it. I also have a Staud dutch oven but, my is a 4qt. Mine barely fit but when I unsrewwd the handle it fit perfectly. Try that, it may work with your 5qt.
enjoyed your video!.....is the breville still going strong?....i'm thinking about getting one....i know there are cheaper options, but the build quality of the breville seems to be better than the ninja counterpart.....i'm thinking about your model or the one right above....thanks in advance
Thank you friend, the Breville oven is still going strong. I use it almost everyday and absolutely love it. I added a few other Breville products to my home as well, and love every single one of them. Trust me, it worth the money. This one is good enough, but if you like deep drying stuff you can get the one with deep fryer . Hope it helps
Have you ever tried baking sponge cake or any other cake in this ? How’s the result ? Does it make amazing cakes just like the built in wall kitchen electric oven ?
Sooo sorry for the super delayed reply! I didn’t think anyone will watch this 😅 yes I baked cake in this and it worked great and it’s baked evenly. I made a quick video of it. I used this oven like almost everyday and I absolutely love it
High-end Breville stuff might be a little pricey, but are built too last. I like them so much that I have three of their products. All have been working great for years!
Since this is a convection oven, it should be able to pseudo “ Air Fry”. What do you think? I wonder if there is a air fry basket that fits? Could you cover the pan with foil?
Hi, Breville has a product called "Breville Smart Oven Air" which has the air fry function. I haven't tried to air fry with this one yet. I do have a Staub Braiser, which is shorter that fits the oven perfect with the lid. It's been almost a month since I had this. It's amazing. I used this oven almost every day! Love it!
Sage Smart Oven Pro - not stainless steel interior at this price ? The customers must be total idiots. The zinc plated parts rust and die, all guards on heating elements are zinc plated, hello?
I love that they're generous with pans etc.

@@millieskitchen5916 I ended up getting the 900...and like you, I've been using my Breville every day....love it!
Apparently the new model, called "Breville Smart Oven Air" does air-frying also now, and it's only $50 more.

I have the pro which has an air fry setting
Does the glass of the oven get very hot while in use
Hello Tyler, for safety reason I didn’t touch it, but measure by standing in front of it, it’s warm for sure
Duh the glass gets hot like every other oven.
How has the oven held up over time? Do you still use it daily?
I love it! Used it almost every day, works very well!

I just bought it with bed bath & beyond coupons. Solid have not tried it yet. Jeanne
It’s excluded from coupons now for some reason.
In the setup illustration the left side of your oven is too close to the wall!
but you have an oven already so.... why have it?
Because I don’t want to warm up a piece of chicken or smaller pastry in the huge oven. This one warm up faster and use less energy.
Ms Millie..where did you buy your oven?are you in the philippines? Tnx!
Hello, i am in Canada, I ordered the oven online.
Ahh ok..thanks...
I have one sm sells them, I noticed the Philippine version has crumpet instead of the broil function.
