Just as a word of caution. Activating your pineal gland can be dangerous if you don't know what you're getting into. Not everyone can handle the power it brings. It may cause you to look at those around you differently. You may cut people out of your life you thought once were good for you. Or meet new people who are spiritually in tune. It may show you things that haven't happened yet or give you knowledge you weren't ready for. Being in touch with nonphysical planes. See people for what they really are. Animals may be drawn to you and sense your enlightenment. But it's not for the faint of heart. If your intentions aren't pure or you have to work on bettering yourself it will only show you negativity. But if you are equipt to handle chakra alignment I wish you best of luck on your journey ❤☮️

@@viktoriatokareva7925 I did a few years back but a lot of things in this world tend to calcify the chakra so it’s important to maintain it’s strength. It was overwhelming at first kinda like a sensory overload so I had to close it and keep meditating until I was ready. Fortunately I was able to reopen it and that time I could handle it. Took me a few months but it takes some a while longer

I have only been actively practicing for a month, listening to frequencies and meditations. I have dreams that sometimes give me hints for the coming day, I think this is already one of the small successes. And I can also feel the appearance of some people and prompts from the Universe.
