    It was good to meet you at masters, Paul. I won 60+ middle weight. I only started lifting three and a half years ago. 60+ middle weight national champ in three and half years, I'll take it. I'm dead serious, Paul; you helped me. I've learned a lot of stuff I actually use from you and your guests. I'm glad that I got to shake your hand and thank you in person. I'll be back at nationals next year. I want a pro card before I die.

    How long would you run test/primo at half load for before getting into a cruise/health phase?

    Would it be too late in a cut to increase Test E (6 weeks left) for increased benefit or would the increase take too long to take full effect? Hopefully that makes sense.

    I definitely prefer Kurts approach to the rebound but I don’t think most people can handle it.
