Waterfalls of Plitvice Lake National Park in Croatia

Plitvice Lakes National Park is a must see when visiting Croatia. It is an ideal day trip from Zagreb and Zadar or can also be done en route while going from Zagreb to Zadar/Split or vice sera by bus as the park has luggage storage facilities.
You can also stay in the Park if you wish to explore it for longer or beat the tourists.
There are various hikes in the park ranging from 2h - 8h. All the hikes are marked properly throughout so you shouldn’t face any problems.
The Park ticket gets more and more expensive each year but it is such a joy to walk around specially if you go in shoulder/low season.
