    Did this today with all intentions of catching up with the other 2 but I feel poorly this morning so I can't carry on 😕
    I'll catch up tomorrow with all of them. I don't think I enjoyed this one as much as I would have done if I was feeling OK.

      Take care and keep listening to your body, you absolutely did right if you’re not feeling well to stop, rest and be kind to yourself. These workouts are going to be on the channel forever, we gave all the time in the world . You are doing great 👍😄🤩💯 xx

    All the plank stuff is too hard for me :/ I have to sub out for different things
