This reminds me of the church I was saved at as a lil ole 8 year old lad. It was off an old southern backroad in north Georgia and man those old brown book hymns mean so much more to me now that I’m so much older……I need to leave Arizona and go back home to Georgia through them wooden doors again.
Es me hope in the impending battles here on earth. I know the Lord,Jesus will answer all my questions. Things I think are so difficult will melt away. I’m not sure where I would be if I had not stumbled back to the Gaither Music TV. So many wonderful musicians, spirit filled music.
Oh, they tell me of a home far beyond the skies, Oh, they tell me of a home far away; Oh, they tell me of a home where no storm clouds rise, Oh, they tell me of an unclouded day. Refrain: Oh, the land of cloudless day, Oh, the land of an unclouded sky, Oh, they tell me of a home where no storm clouds rise, Oh, they tell me of an unclouded day. Oh, they tell me that He smiles on His children there, And His smile drives their sorrows all away; And they tell me that no tears ever come again In that lovely land of unclouded day.
Kim Wells 😢 I'm sorry for your loss! But I am happy for them, for their gain! 😊 Tell me about your loved one. Sometimes talking about them helps with the grief.
Check out the little guy with the dyed red moustache and dark glasses at the bottom left of the screen at the 2-minute mark. His brave but somewhat forced smile betrays the confusion he is experiencing as he claps on 1 and 3 and everyone else claps on 2 and 4! (P.S. - The date on this must be off by 20 years. They could never have been wearing those clothes and sporting those hairstyles in 2012... could they?!)

@@kristabrewer9363 There is a documentary about Amish teenagers who go to England on rumspringa. "Rumspringa" means running around and being crazy, and it is a period of time in many Amish communities where the teenagers get to let down their inhibitions and get a taste of what the outside world is like, so that they can decide whether or not they want to be baptized into the Amish church and become members of the Amish church. I think it's that documentary he's talking about.
Ann, if you do your homework you will find that the official title is "THE UNCLOUDED DAY". If you listen and look closely at their mouths they are actually saying "UNCLOUDED" not "UNCLOUDY". But in the scheme of things, does it really matter???
+Amanda Duncan Yep, this was around the mid 90's when it was recorded, and here it is in 2015. He, like all men and women his hair has grayed, and he got the "old man belly"
As the camera pans across the crowd, I feel we are in the presence of such greatness. The most beautiful and annointed singers ever..

I sang this song in my highschool choir and I will never forget it, sadly there will never be music like this made again 😢
Twill be better in heaven. Keep going. Keep pushing. Never give up. Cheers!
Child you ain’t see nothing yet! Wait until we make it to heaven, that’s when the real music will start!
This music is forever.
These are the songs we sang in church when I was growing up.
Church music has really changed. They don't feed the soul like they used too.
Never give up hope heaven will be better but there could be another for now
The Happy Goodman’s my favorite 👍

Who is the lady sitting between Jeanne Jhonson and Tonya Goodman? I thought it was Connie Smith, but I am not sure.
I don't know but she is certain eye catching - 110% all woman and beauty.. wow!
