Hi Pablo here I've lived in Tulum 34 years, yes there are but you need to use a Travel Agent or Similar whom have these discounts. The thing is in the slow season is when you can take advantage, high season no one is giving rooms away for nothing. Yes, Azulik, I've stayed at 4 times original outrageous price was $65 / night, I stopped going when it hit $105/ night.

If you want the beach look of Azulik Adult only LGBTA friendly Clothing Optional the beach is public and you can pick a nearby Hotel beside or across the street, Blaine a fellow Canadian from Vancouver Canada owns/runs Hotel Tunich. Also within 20 feet is Punta Piedra, Posada Del Sol and several smaller hotels are nearby. So you don't need to spend 1000 bucks a night to enjoy the beach and Azulik Beach Bar is open, although 20 bucks for a Corona is tad steep that's why there are several Mini Markets close by 20 feet 100 feet so grab whatever drinks and snacks and hit the beach.
