How does "Fingerprint" work?
On the agreed date, Starrag Remote Service contacts our customer, who has already prepared the machine for the examination. There's an empty pallet on the machine and no tools loaded to ensure that any risk of collision is excluded during the test runs. The machine operator enables access to "Fingerprint" on the machine. After that, our service technician remotely accesses the machine and starts a program that processes various tasks.
The data is saved and analyzed based on comparative data within a few hours. The outcome? A report that breaks down all the conditions and, if necessary, includes suggestions on how to eliminate errors or information about maintenance work to be planned.
