Why did you use a power transistor, if you could use a circuit with two small transistors and with higher efficiency. Your wireless power circuit looks very inefficient. It is better to use some kind of royer oscillator for this. They can work at higher frequencies, than your circuit with a power transistor, that's good for smps like a computer power supply and can't work with any high frequencies. This probably oscillates at frequency of about 50 kHz or something like this and uses too much turns of the coil. Better design uses a high Q factor resonant circuit with a center tapped coil, an RF choke and two small npn transistors, two resistors and a feedback coil.
