so beautiful ! Doing a rocking horse over right now, I found at the side of the road on trash day! It was missing tale and mane otherwise in excellent shape. Thank you for your video doing ! ❤
This came out super cute! I found a rocking horse in a thrift store 2 years ago and I’m finally going to up cycle it. I love how you did the mane too. Great job!
OMG i have been looking for THIS video for a month!! Thank you so muuch, so informative!!! Did you do this in one day? What do you think about E600 glue or the tail with the hot glue?? I have an old horse im trying to restore
So glad you’ve found this helpful! It took me two days but mainly because I allowed the paint to sit and cure overnight. The first day it took me about 3 hours, waiting for the paint to dry a bit between coats. Then the second day maybe 2 hours since it was just varnishing, stenciling and the hair. E6000 should work just fine as well. When I took out the old hair I noted they had used wood glue therefore I went with that since I know it lasted.
