Nicely done. The only thing I don’t recommend is gluing small items on that over time can pop off and be swallowed.

Someone put a rocking horse by the dumpster and I am refurbishing it. I was struggling with how to do the mane, because this one has holes drilled and a piece of rope poking out of each hole as a mane. It looks like a dreadlock horse and I hate it. I really wanted to use yarn and make a thick, long mane but couldn't figure out how to make it work. THANK YOU for the idea of using the staple gun!!! I am super excited now and it's going to take the look of the horse to a whole new level.

Very helpful...I chose to make mine out of a new mop..made it thicker and also coming down forehead between horses eyes...mines not girly..it's leather n realistic..I love it...and congrats on your new baby🙏💞🥰

I just picked up my daughters first rocking horse out of my dads attic to gift to my granddaughter for Christmas and the hair is all matted and dirty so thank you for this inspirational video!!!

Btw what u ride in is a bridal but that looks more like a halter btw I would recommend making a bit out of tinfoil and then painting it:)
