Love the classic look. I’d have done the wheels white to match the roof.
just the right amount not over done looks amazing
Very nice indeed, without being over the top expensive. Great job.
Fantastic! I like to remain close to original but better where possible. You have done all of that. I would probably have added alpine windows. Love the galve bumper and retro grill. Keep the videos coming!
I always sense that your workshop is a happy place to work and colleagues who are knowledgeable who thoroughly enjoy their passion for landrovers. 👍🏼
Thank you very much! I’ve always thought that peoples best work is delivered when they’re happy! We all make it fun!
Amazing as always, Sam! Wish we had these in the US!
And I completely agree on doing that last stuff. The wood steering wheel will match the leather beautifully.
Great work! The only thing I would have done differently is added alpine windows, as I reckon it looks a bit baffled with side windows but no alpines. Love the colour!
@ch ad - that’s a different vehicle, I know this because the one with Alpine’s is Green and the other one is blue ! 😮
Yes Sam! Glad you went with the brown door cards! 🙌🏻 great build! 👌🏻
You always make great vehicles irrespective of design and colourways! Love the passion and attention to detail 👌
One of your best, entertaining and informative, well done Team Juice...more please
Loving this style of episode great balance of chat , time lapse, and tech talk much better 👍
A lovely build, Sam👍. I am now considering a window conversion like this for the ex-MoD. I'll ring up!
Loved this build, great ideas !
Just found your channel. Loving your content from across the pond in the US.
Very nice, love the body colour steel wheels and the brown interior, well done.
My reg is the next number! Great work as usual 👍
Really nicely judged….love the chocolate brown and agree the door cards would really add to the cabin…..not sure about the wooden steering wheel though…..each to their own!
Great videos, av just got a landrover defender pick 1989
love it!, just cant get away with the chequer on the sills, great job tho :D
Feel like a silver roof would have really tied the build together!
Just one question, where are the window clips on the side windows? Factory standard have the clip on the top front of the first glass panel, but there doesn't appear to be anything there on yours.
Love the channel, brilliant videos, keep up the excellent work 👍
Much nicer music Sam. Love your channel!
Would it be possible to build a defender from scratch seeing as all the parts are still available
Don't seats in the back of a van without a registration update with DVLA mean your insurance is invalid?
Also, I thought sideways facing seats are not permitted in a defender of that age.
Thoughts?
Looks fantastic. Love the work you do and the commentary that accompanies your videos.
I have a question, my wife owns a 2012 Defender 110 Utility with 220,000 miles. In the last week or so it has developed a whine/wheeze which is only audible when accelerating. Do you have any idea as to what it might be?
Looks epic 👌🏻
Briljant video as always! Just wondering what the color is of the green Defender in the shop? Cheers!
Where do you source your defenders from ? I am desperate to buy one but there are so many scams on eBay I give up looking 😢
Just pure quality
How would one go about buying one of your defenders?
Thank you very much spectacular buis taco bell would look very nice on my drive.👍👏👏👏🇺🇲👍
no roof windows?
Great Job looks really nice what did it go for when it was sold just curious as considering buying one to ship to the Philippines
£37,000 🤩
@@juicemotors 😮😮😮
Looks great
Good call on the windows - nice and airy! If want a van, get a Transit! Good to see you’re using the the oil seals in the Red box, not the ones in the Blue box!
ARE YOU SURE.... about that grill though??
Very nice
Which tire size is it.
255/55/16
Looks the part, not over-pimped. Bare galv bits look well too.
Where’s the Range Rover Classic update?!
It should be on the channel soon!
squirt mr muscle oven cleaner in the exhaust side of the turbo gets ris of the carbon and crap
i need spare parts from you guys, okease give me the fenders, flaps, etc, I am building mine. I need help please JUICE (from Africa - Rwanda)
✌️👍
Доброго здоров'я привіт з України!
Hi Juice. After months of fault finding, you’ve solved my mystery! Literally word for word on the overboost issue. Thank you very much! For this issue, have you had much success with a simple turbo cleaner in the fuel? As always, loving the videos! Cheers guys! Ross.
Great to hear of and see the attention to detail put into the build. Congratulations on a superb outcome!
I have one D90 bought last year. Untill now still fix it.really hard to get parts and components 😌 .LANDY fans from Malaysia 🇲🇾 ✌️
Just the right balance on this one Sam.
Great job…brilliant finish 👌👏
Have you ever considered raffling one of your builds?
Wederom een geweldige defender ❤
Great build and awesome to watch! I think you made the right call with putting in Windows. Looking to use the same color lucari seats on our alpine white 90 and brown benches in the back too. Only difference is to add a brown and cream houndstooth pattern as well.
Great result. :)
Well…
First of all, greetings from the evil empire… the EU 🇪🇺😜👋😂
…
Let me start by sayin that THIS build is one of the better ones, in my humble opinion.
With the trim you installed, as well as the windows in back… makes the car more usable AND more attractive.
No question…
I understand the appeal for others, to make defender look like MONSTER TRUCKS with a big bull bar and/or outside rollcage… but that’s not me… whereas THIS would be a nice traditional car, with a classic look …
Nice job sir 👍
Stay safe everybody 👋
Interesting with the Turbo problem with those veins getting sooted up. Does Premium Diesel help or keeping up with servicing or is just a problem that could eventually happen regardless?? Obviously some owners will have this happen but good to know all the same. 🙂🙂🙂
Great video and great looking vehicle.
Regarding the turbo and the carbon deposits, what do you recommend for extending the life of the EGR valve which also suffers from the same kind of problem?
Excellent video, nice cutting in of the rear glass. I'll doing this to add side slider windows on my ex-raf hard top on my 90.
The oil feed to the turbo is probably sub-optimal which is why there was play in the turbo, so always replace the oil pick up/turbo feed pipe when doing the turbo on the puma engine. Happens on the transit all the time so new pipe is a must or it will do it again
How much would a build like this set us back? Also i know youve done RR in previous videos but where could we go with a D3 D4 build?
Hi guys, perfect job as usual 😊 but why would you work on such a dirty Landy and not hose it down before …….?
Amazing work! Are there any legal/DVLA problems with adding seats to the back?
Maybe go for a black classic looking steering wheel, would be better with the dark brown interior. Love the build btw
Looks like you stole my car 👍👍🤣😎
Yes I agree, it needs the wooden steering at minimum. But door panels doing would just finish it off.
Love the classic look and the grille looks great 👍 great work 🤙
Is that for sale?
We’ve taken a deposit 🥲
